アイルランド： 救難ヘリの事故を大きく報道

Four crew members were on board the downed Rescue 116 helicopter.

Captain Dara Fitzpatrick was recovered from the sea yesterday but she passed away yesterday afternoon. Searches are now ongoing to locate chief pilot Mark Duffy and winchmen Paul Ormsby and Ciarán Smith.

Navy vessel LE Eithne kept searching through the night, while a survey vessel arrived on the scene early this morning.

Coast Guard helicopters were assisted in their search by the Air Corps Casa, RNLI boats, the Naval Services’s LE Róisín, garda divers and local fishing vessels.

At least six trawlers involved in the search have been transporting debris to the harbour in Blacksod.

Parts of the wreckage from the downed Coast Guard helicopter have also been brought to shore. The helicopter’s door is among the debris that’s been recovered.

行方不明の中には３人の子供の父親と２人の子供の父親も含まれていると伝えているサイトもあります。　家族にとっても仲間にとっても辛い出来事です。　思えば、日本でも長野県で防災ヘリの事故があったばかりで９人の命が失われました。　海と山での事故の違いがありますが、高い使命感などを有した人たちを失うことの無念さには共通的なものを感じます。

一方で、愚かしい人たちの愚行の報道に接すると、その格差に言いようのない憤りを感じる次第です・・・。

デンマーク： 海洋散骨が増加・・・

２０１７年３月１４日（Tue.） ＥＵとトルコの関係、ＵＫのＥＵ離脱問題、トランプの大統領令とＵＳ各州の提訴、マレーシア・クアラルンプールでの暗殺凶行問題、等々。　一方で、日本国内は森友問題の疑惑は深まるばかりで、８億円の算出根拠や誰がその妥当性を承認したのか、そして、何らかの圧力がなければ、あのような特別な処理・便宜ははかられなかっただろうし、誰が誰に指示・依頼（口利き）したのか・・・等々。また、いかにも怪しげな教育機関（教育勅語を是認するような）を認可させるようにした経緯も明らかにして欲しいものです。　加えて、今治市の土地をある大学に供与しようとしている問題も新たに浮上しており、安倍政権の好き勝手にやっているような手法には、世界の各国で問題視されているような事案と共通的なものを有しているのではないかと感じてしまいます。　これらは、一種の独裁体制に近いものを想起させますし、民主主義や主権在民を真っ向から否定し、全体主義、権威主義、ファシズムなどを彷彿させるものです。　国民を欺き愚弄するかのような政権とは ”おさらば” したいものです。

More and more Danes are choosing to have their final remains scattered at sea.

Old sailors who are part of the association ‘Færgen Møns Venner’, which maintains and sails the 94-year-old ferry ‘Møn’ between Stege on Møn and Kalvehave in south Zealand have developed a small business sailing Danes who wish a seafaring farewell to their loved one.

It started with the wife of one of the members wanting to have her ashes scattered at sea when she died. Since then, interest has increased.

“In the beginning, we didn’t know if we could handle scattering ashes,” Jesper Bisgaard, a seasoned sailor with ‘Færgen Møns Venner’, told DR Nyheder.

“But we developed a written procedure allowing us to do it with great respect for the deceased and their relatives.”

Following the ceremony, the deceased’s relatives receive a small card with a drawing of the ferry, showing the precise GPS location where the ashes were scattered, so they can revisit the place if they so desire.

Mogens Balling, executive director of funeral group Begravelse Danmark, said that about 5,000 people each year choose to have their ashes buried at sea.

埋葬方法については、ドイツ滞在記（当ブログ内）でも綴ったことがあります。　ドイツの場合は、フルボディーでの埋葬も可能ですし、火葬も可能。また、語ってくれた方の高齢のお母さんは樹木葬を望んでいるとか・・・。

日本でもいくつかの選択肢はありそうですが、私自身は墓地も用意済みです、ハイ。

アイルランド： 気温はさらに上昇・・・ですが

２０１７年３月１３日（Mon.） 子細あって畑に行けない状態だったのですが、やっと本日は野良仕事ができました。　元肥となる有機肥料を鋤き込みました。３週間ほどはなじませてからジャガイモなどを植えつける予定です。　ちなみに、昨年の秋に植えつけたニンニクやソラマメは元気に育っています。　但し、直播しているタマネギは雑草に埋もれて形勢不利・・・の状況でしたので、雑草を取り除いてきました。　花粉が気になるのでマスクをしての作業ですが、汗ばむ陽気でした。

If you’re planning a trip to east coast of the US for St Patrick’s week, by the way, the region is bracing for an intense blizzard that’s expected to dump up to 18 inches of snow in New York.

It is not often you hear that Ireland is warmer than most of Europe, but today forecasters say the Emerald Isle is currently warmer than countries in the Mediterranean.

It seems the spell of good weather is set to continue until well into the week with temperatures expected to remain pretty much the same.

Speaking today a forecaster for Met Eireann said the country will experience the same mild weather on Sunday, saying: “It will be rather cloudy and misty in the southeast and along parts of the east coast, with some patches of drizzle and fog for a time.”

“But drier and brighter elsewhere, with some sunny spells and top temperatures 12C to 15C, in mainly light, southerly or variable breezes.”

デンマーク： ヒュン島やユトランド半島に行きたがらない学生たち

２０１７年３月１１日（Sat.） 今日の日差しは暖かで、少しだけ春の訪れを感じました。　そして、東日本の震災からまる６年、忘れてはならないことですし、西日本方面としては南海・東南海・東海地震やその三連動型にも警戒や備えを怠ってはならないでしょう。　また、フクシマに学ぶのであれば、原発の再稼動を目論むことは有り得ないことですし、廃炉・撤去へ歩みを進めるべきです。

A survey of students at business schools and universities in Copenhagen has revealed that only one in four are ready to look for a job on Funen or in Jutland upon graduation.

As many as 71 percent said they would prefer to be in Copenhagen. A full three out of four Copenhagen students actually expressed horror at the thought of having to go to Funen or the southern part of Jutland for a job.

The students were even more repulsed at the idea of moving to northern Jutland. Only 14 percent of the students surveyed said they would head ‘up north’ for their careers.

“I have mostly focused on jobs in Copenhagen because there are very few companies in the provinces that offer jobs in my field,” Saima Mir, a student from CBS in Copenhagen, told Metroxpress.

The study was conducted in February by CA Karrierepartner and a-kasse. Some 10,646 student members were polled. Of the 2,180 who participated, 664 were from Aarhus.

地方や地元を大切にしたい考えは少なくはないのでしょうが、生活の糧を得る手段がなければ都市を目指すことになるのかも知れません。　しかし、一極集中ではなく、地域地域で循環できる社会構造をそれぞれが模索すべきでしょう、容易くはないことではありますが・・・。

２０１３年に滞在したドイツのラーデン（ＮＲＷ州）は人口６千人の田舎街（現地の人曰く）ですが、乳児や子供、若者から中年・老人、そして障害を有する人も含めて共存している状態で、｢人口減少問題はない｣ と語っていました。　地域で循環できる仕組みをトライしているのです。

価値観の醸成も含め、教育の重要性を今も感じています。　但し、盲目的服従を目指すような権威主義や全体主義、ファシズムを目論むような教育であってはなりません。

大阪方面で世間を騒がしているとんでもない幼稚園や、その指導方針（教育勅語の活用のような）を支持するかのような現防衛大臣などは罷免に相当すると考えられます。　もっとも、政権そのものにそうした傾向が見られますが・・・。　一体、どこで何を学んできたのでしょうか。
