I bought a pack of very small horse mackerel yesterday.
I made Nanbanduke, Japanese marinade.
Put fried horse mackerel in vinegar seasoned with soy-sauce, Sake, red-hot-pepper and ginger.
I added some vegetable. Sliced carrot, Negi, green pepper and fried Shimeji-mushroom.
It was very tasty!
