社会人のマナーの一番の初歩のせいか、「外部の人の前で上司をどう呼ぶか」の質問に、「社長の田村です」のように呼び捨てが７割以上、かなり行き渡っている。
しかし、世の中にはおかしな輩の商売人がいる。
それは、医者と学校の教員だ。
両者とも、身内を「○○先生」と呼び、呼び捨ては数パーセント。

「外部に対して身内を高めない」は敬語の大原則。「先生」は敬意のこもった言葉だから、人前でお互いに高めている。
なんという人種だろう。単なる習慣か、閉鎖性そのものか、傲慢さか、

小学校５年生のみどりさん、敬語なんかを教えている国語の先生も、結構、上記ようにしゃべっていると思います。その現場に遭遇したら、先生とディベートしてみたらどうですか。
