Manchester crowds broke into an emotional chorus of "Don't Look Back in Anger" on Thursday after a minute of silent tribute to the victims of the Manchester Arena bombing.

The northern English city is mourning those killed in a suicide bombing at a pop concert packed with young people on Monday evening, which left 22 people dead and dozens injured.

One woman started the song, by Manchester pop group Oasis, and was quickly joined at the chorus by the crowds surrounding her, followed by clapping and cheering.

According to reports the morning the British Government and Armed Forces have seemingly decided to launch a counter attack on ISIL bases after a photo of bomb with the caption ‘With love from Manchester appeared online’.

It is understood the bomb which was loaded upon a RAF plane at base in Cyprus, will be used in an upcoming air strike against the Islamic terrorist group.

Although originally thought to be fake the British Ministry of Defence have since confirmed to that the image is indeed in fact real.

However is not yet known where the bomb will be detonate or who exactly who wrote the message, reports suggest it will be used to destroy a leafing base of ISIS operations.

The armed response comes less than four days after a suicide bomber detonated a nail bomb outside the Manchester Arena, which resulted in the deaths of 22 innocent civilians and injured 59 others.

デンマーク： Bright nights, burning like fire

With clear skies forecast over this Ascension bank holiday weekend, conditions are perfect to enjoy the weather phenomenon that in these parts is referred to as ‘Lyse nætter’ (bright nights).

The nights provide star-gazers with a stunning view of the heavens complete with stars and planets, often with a vibrant yellow, red and orange backdrop (see video below).

Perfect conditions in May
Over the Danish summer, the sun does not go below the horizon lower than an angle of 18 degrees, which means its light invariably brightens up our nights, thus giving us the Lyse nætter.

Lyse nætter are not uncommon in Denmark due to its latitude, but although they are only visible between late April and August, it is during May that you are most likely to experience it due to the propensity of clear skies caused by the combination of the Gulf Stream and rise in temperatures.

Halos, auroras and meteors
There are three types of Lyse nætter: civil twilight/dawn; nautical twilight/dawn; and astronomical twilight/dawn (see factbox below).

And the list of phenomena on view is endless. From lunar halos, purple and gold auroras, the Northern Lights (aurora borealis), meteor showers, noctilucent clouds and solar/geomagnetic storms to an open view of the whole Milky Way galaxy, there are dozens of reasons to invest in a telescope.

Three types of Lyse nætter
– Civil twilight/dawn: Visible at an angle of 0-6 degrees, expect to see the world as you pretty much know it, along with bright stars and planets (Venus and Jupiter are visible to the naked eye) and vibrant yellow and orange colours

– Nautical twilight/dawn: Visible at an angle of 6-12 degrees, expect to see the horizon with minimal difficultly and most stars. Its name refers to how there’s enough light to navigate at sea

– Astronomical twilight/dawn: Visible at an angle of 12-18 degrees, expect to see a night sky tinged with blue and (and on clear nights provided there is no heavy light pollution) the Milky Way in all its glory

ドイツ： コガモを救出

The Dortmund highway patrol police performed a rather unusual rescue over the weekend.
ドルムント・ハイウェイパトロールは、珍しい救出をしました。

Four adorable ducklings were removed from danger by officers using an officer's hat on Saturday, according to a police report.

Drivers reported seeing a family of ducks waddling down the A40 motorway near Wattenscheid in North Rhine-Westphalia in the late afternoon and quickly notified the police.

Shortly afterwards, officers from the highway patrol came to the rescued of the four foolhardy ducklings. The police report explains that action had to be taken quickly, not only to remove the ducklings from danger, but also to prevent risky braking manoeuvres which drivers may have undertaken to avoid hitting them.

Sadly, the duckling's mother was not to be found.

So that the orphans could be properly cared for and recover from the shock of the ordeal, they were taken in a highway official's cap to an animal shelter in Dortmund.

なので、孤児たちは大変な経験からリカバーするため、警官の帽子に入れられて、ドルムントの動物保護センターへ届けられました。

Concert attendee Majid Khan, 22, told The Guardian newspaper a bomb-like bang went off as people were exiting the 18,000-capacity venue, leading to a mass panic.

"Everyone was in a huge state of panic, calling each other as some had gone to the toilet whilst this had gone off, so it was just extremely disturbing for everyone there," he was quoted as saying.

Eyewitness Sasina Akhtar told the Manchester Evening News there was an explosion at the back of the arena as Grande performed her final song.

"We saw young girls with blood on them, everyone was screaming and people were running. There was lots of smoke. We were making our way out and when we were right by the door there was a massive explosion and everybody was screaming," concertgoer Catherine Macfarlane told Reuters.

"It was a huge explosion - you could feel it in your chest. It was chaotic. Everybody was running and screaming and just trying to get out."

またまた起こされてしまいました・・・。　無差別に殺傷を企てるテロは、如何なる理由があったと仮定しても許されるものではありません。　今回の犠牲者には子供も含まれているようです・・・。

だからと言って、言論をも封殺する恐れのある共謀罪関連の法案成立は、独裁への道をひた走るものであり、これも許してはならないのです。　こうした行為そのものも、立法手続きにおける議員の数だけによる暴挙であり、まるで民意を無視したかのようなテロに等しいものを感じるのです。

そして、こうした圧政の傾向が、テロの温床そのものを作ってしまうと言うジレンマに陥って行くのではないでしょうか。

兎に角、安倍政治には表の言葉とは別に、隠された本意があるので騙されてはならないのです。　改憲論議も然りです。　賛意が得られるようなことを声高に言い、真意を隠しているところを看破しなければなりません。

マスコミもリードしつつ、個々人も行動で自らの意志を示さないと、独裁政権が着々と作りこまれて、戦争に巻き込まれたり、森友gate や加計gate のような勝手やり放題の事態を招くことになります。　（注：　gate ＝　疑獄・事件）

ドイツ発： 次の深刻な感染に備えは十分か？

２０１７年５月２２日（Mon.） 連日の３０℃超え、雨も１０日間ほどは降っていませんし、畑の作物にも影響が出始めています。　天気予報や解説はされていますが、根本問題まで懸念を示す報道はあまり見かけません。　温室効果ガス排出規制や、脱化石燃料へのシフトなどが、もっと叫ばれてもいいように思うのですが、マスコミのミスリード、ノーリードではないでしょうか。

Federal Health Minister Hermann Gröhe warned on Friday about the potential outbreak of a serious new global epidemic.
ドイツの保健相は金曜日（１９日）、新たな世界的な感染発生の潜在リスクに関して警告を発しました。

“The world isn’t sufficiently prepared for the outbreak of dangerous illnesses - Ebola proved that,” Gröhe said before a meeting of G20 health ministers in Berlin.

The Ebola epidemic of 2014-15 in west Africa killed more than 11,000 people, making it the most fatal outbreak of the virus to date.

New cases of the illness in Congo have been classified as a high risk for the country by the World Health Organization (WHO).

“The next health crisis will come," Gröhe said. "We don’t know when or where, or how dangerous the virus will be. So we need to prepare for such occasions now.”

The health ministers of the 20 most important economies in the world are meeting on Friday and Saturday to discuss measures that could be enacted in the case of a viral outbreak.

Also on the agenda is a practise crisis management exercise in which the ministers will put themselves inside the scenario of a viral outbreak in a fictional country. The exercise is to take take place in a closed-off room in an event location near the Brandenburg Gate.

Gröhe also warned the Deutsche Ärzteblatt that the world is not equipped to deal with an epidemic.

He said that the exercise is meant to show “what responsibilities have to be fulfilled at the crisis point, how we can ensure that information is shared as quickly as possible, who can provide help quickest, and which controls need to be set up."

様々な感染・伝染病が世界を震撼させることがあります。　ＳＡＲＳもそうでしたし、エボラ出血熱などもそうです。　人類、または、地球生物の存続・持続性を担保するための準備は必須でしょう。　ウィルスに対するものもそうですし、温暖化に関するものもあります。　今や国家同士が空虚な威信をかけていがみ合っている場合ではないのです。

政治が、政治家がマインドとして貧困であると、本来の立ち向かうべき相手を見誤るのでしょう。　現実に見誤っています。　平和国家である日本として発言できる立場にあることを全く意識できていないように感じます、安倍政権は。
