フィンランドには倉富縄文心導インストラクターが２０年前から活動しています。
そのインストラクターの中には、出産、育児などで仕事をお休みしている人もいます。
フィンランドは社会福祉が整っていて、安心して子育て、１年から３年の休暇制度が
あります。
フィンランドでは子供の時から学校で出産休業をとり、復帰してからの受け入れなど
教育されているので、お母さんは安心して職場に復帰することがでるネウボラがあり、
何かいう人はいません。
インストラクターたちの中にはシングルマザーや離婚した人もいますが、子供の親権
や養育費、職場復帰のことで愚痴をこぼす人はいませんでした。
日本は待機児童のことで今精一杯のところですが、お母さんが職場復帰した後の権利の
事は考えてもらえていないようです。
フィンランドでは子供が病気の時にはお父さんも休んでいいという、制度もあります。
名付け親とか生まれた子供には二人の親だけでなく、４人の親がいたりして、みんなで
子育てする制度には感心しました。
実家が遠い人など近くにいる名付け親に頼れるので、いいですね。
フィンランドは人口が少ないので、子供は大切にされています。
日本も少子化に向かってこのようなシステムなど取り入れるといいですね。
子育ての”安心”は保育所確保だけでなく、お母さんの職場復帰を受け入れる教育も必要
です。

4 parents as well as two parents had for a godparent and a born child, and I admired
the system to rear children by everyone.
A far person can depend on the godparent in the neighborhood for his parents' home,
so it's good, isn't it?
It's scarcely populated, so Finland is made a child importantly.
I also hope that Japan takes such system in to the low birthrate.
