プルトニウム原発"もんじゅ"の研究開発続行の意向: 原子力機構理事長





日本原子力研究開発機構(原子力機構)の鈴木篤之理事長が6日、新年のあいさつで県庁を訪れ、存廃が
注目される高速増殖原型炉「もんじゅ」(敦賀市)の研究開発を続けたい考えを強調した。
西川一誠知事と面会した鈴木氏は「日本の原子力技術が世界で役立つ形に持っていきたい」と研究開発への
意欲を示し、「安全を最優先に出力40%、100%の試験運転を
確実にやらせていただきたい」と述べた。

西川知事は「原発で何か起きた時に機動的に対応できる技術や、機材などを研究し、実行できる組織は日本で
は原子力機構が中心」と災害対策の実効性向上を要請。
もんじゅで一昨年8月に発生した燃料交換用機器落下事故の早期の復旧完了も求めた。
鈴木氏は面談後の会見で、福島第1原発事故を受けて国の原子力予算が削減される見通しも示し
「厳しい予算の中で、どういうやり方があるのかを具体的に示しつつ、国民や県民の理解を得ていきたい」と話した。

敦賀市役所で鈴木氏と面談した河瀬一治市長は
「世界の動向、環境を考えると、もんじゅの火は消さないでほしいと私も思う」と述べた。

中を見るカメラが故障し、修理不能であることがわかった。
冷却系が液化ナトリウムで、水や空気に触れると大爆発を起こす。
福島でやっているほぼ全ての冷却方法が今のままでは通じない、逆に爆発的火災になる。
担当者自殺。
今までに2兆4000億円以上つぎ込んで年間維持費だけで500億円掛かり、これまでの発電量はほぼ0。
燃料の質と量から、チェリノブイリや広島長崎なんか比較にならない人類史上最悪の事になる。
