Because half of the electricity demand in Hokkaido was carried by a point of thermal power generation, the whole field did a blackout, because why is there sticking to which you'd like to move Tomari nuclear power plant at any cost then when saying whether a power plant can be dispersed. If Tomari nuclear power plant was being moved, maybe cooling of used fuel wasn't done any more and was related to an accident by the outside power supply loss. When an earthquake of seismic intensity 7 happens by falling plumb down in Tomari nuclear power plant of course, it would be Fukushima's reproduction. Still, I'm crossing a dangerous bridge.

北海道の電力需要の半分をたった1カ所の火力発電で担っているから、全域がブラックアウトしたのだが、それならなぜ発電所を分散できないのかと言えば、泊原発をどうしても動かしたいという執着があるからである。

泊原発を動かしていたら、外部電源喪失で、使用済み燃料の冷却ができなくなり、事故に繋がっていたかもしれない。
もちろん、泊原発の直下で震度7の地震が起これば、福島の再現となっただろう。
相変わらず、危ない橋を渡っている。
