Therefore, although an about 20-year-old person should not have the feelings "the earth is carrying out warming" now, since NHK brainwashed too much, there are many young people who have an illusion that warming is carried out.

やっと温暖化問題が学問になった・・・海が熱を吸収する

ここ15年、地球の気温は変わっていない。このことは再々、このブログでも出した。だから今、20歳ぐらいの人は「地球が温暖化している」という実感はないはずだが、NHKがあまりに洗脳したので、温暖化していると錯覚している若い人が多い。
ところで、東大の渡部先生が「近年の地球温暖化の停滞」という論文を出された。このことを読者の方が教えてくれたが、この論文によると、1997年から始まったエルニーニョから現在まで、地球の気温は変わっていないこと、その原因は海が熱を吸収していることということだ。
物理があまり得意ではない人に簡単に説明するが、空気と水では「熱を抱く力・・・比熱、もしくは熱容量」が3000倍も違う。つまり1ccのわずかな水と3リットルの空気がほぼ同じ熱を抱くことができる。だから、お風呂を沸かす（水の温度を上げる）と、風呂場の空気もあたたかくなる（ふたを開けておけば）ということになる。
地球はざっと言って、面積の3分の2が海で、海は4000メートル程度ある。一方、空気は1万メートルほどあるけれど、上空は空気が薄い。だからほぼ同じぐらいの厚みと言える。そうなると、空気が10℃温まっても、それで海を温めようとすると、わずか0.003℃しか温度は上がらない。
実際には熱伝導の問題、熱対流の問題があり、すぐには分からないが、いずれにしてもこれだけ広大な海があって、それが温度変化のバッファー（変化しにくいような大きなもの）になっているのだから、容易に変化しないのではないかと考えるのが普通だ。
私が名古屋大学にいるときに専門家同士で地球温暖化の計算の検討をしたときに、発表者の方程式に入れる海洋の熱伝導、対流などがほとんど計算されていないことを指摘したことがある。方程式がわかり、そこに入れるパラメーターなどを見ることができれば普通の学者ならだれでも気が付くことだ。
ところで、このような発表が東大から出てくるということは、気骨のある学問が好きな先生がおられることと、国の研究費の締め付け（これまでは温暖化賛成でないと研究費が出なかった。ナチスと同じ）が弱くなったことを示していて良いことだ。
でも、つい最近、ある番組で、東大の元総長（とても学問的な人とは言えないが）が「今でも温暖化に疑問を挟む学者が日本にいる。はやく日本の学者も世界レベルにならないと」と言ったと紹介した。これほど醜いことはない。この発言は次の3つの原則に反する。
1) 自分の考えを言わずに、「東大の総長が」という言い方をする。これはSTAPの時に「外人が世界三大不正事件と言っている」というのと同じだ。
2)世間が権威と思う人（東大総長や外人）を出してきて問答無用にする、
3)本当は世界の学者は温暖化から離れていることを知っていながら、日本人は知らないことも知っていてダマす。
まだまだ日本は後進性を持っているのだろう。広島の水害がひどいが、最近の雨について、「天気図から言って普通の現象」なのに、元気象庁長官が「異常気象だ」、「過去にない」と言っている。今回の「不適切な宅地造成」、「避難所が被災」、「避難指示が土砂崩れの５時間後」などの問題は、責任を天候のせいにする行政が作り出したものだ。
