政府によるブログ、ツイッター監視仕様書
ジャーナリスト岩上安身氏のツイッターでこれを知りました。
「いよいよ、エネ庁のホームページで、Twitterの監視が明記されました。経産省資源エネルギー庁が不適切なツイッター・ブログ監視業務の入札募集中、下の方の「仕様書」に注目 http://t.co/ktMctVu” 仕様書 http://bit.ly/oiCtFx （７月１４日）
後世に残すためにもこの仕様書は下方に掲載しました。４月２７日にも、ネット情報を「流言飛語」扱いした総務省の通達をアップしました。
ブログやツイッターに「不正確」な情報があるのは確かです。それはどんな媒体にも当てはまります。監視対象は、ブログやツイッターだけでなく、何よりも、政府自身が発する情報、大メディアが発する情報にも向けられなければいけないと思います。この４カ月、政府や大メディアが隠してきた、操作してきた、不正確に伝えてきた情報を読みとき、政府や大メディアの発表や報道だけではわからなかった情報を伝えてきた幾万のツイッター、ブログたちの社会的貢献は測り知れないです。ネットメディアのみをターゲットにした検閲、監視行為を許してはいけません。
この件についてネットで活躍する言論者たちからの声が上がっています。

不正確・デタラメ極まりない情報を湯水のごとく垂れ流す政府と東電、御用学者どもと御用マスコミを保護するために、インターネットメディアによる事実の伝達と拡散を許すまいとする魂胆は丸見えでしょう。先日国会を通過したコンピューター監視法案に続いて、もっと直接的に、放射能と原発に関する情報に対する監視体制が作られようとしています。こうでもしないと、虚構と似非科学に支えられた利権構造を保護することができないのでしょうが、ファシズムは着実にその扉を開けつつあるようです。（スペインから発信を続ける童子丸開さんのメールより）
「ネットで活躍する」と書きましたが、皆さんネットだけで活躍しているわけではありません。市民運動、学術研究、講演活動、ネットや紙媒体で幅広く活躍している人たちばかりです。「流言飛語」通達のときも、政府は通信会社に通達するなら、日本最大のフォロアー数を誇る孫正義氏はまず自分自身のツイッターを取り締まらなければいけなくなるな、と笑いました。市民も政治家も学者も紙媒体も、ブログやツイッターやフェースブックを駆使して発信している今、ネット言論者だけを取り出して異様な生き物のような扱いをすること自体が時代錯誤としか言えないでしょう。
