Even by making an incineration place now, it tries to burn the radioactive contaminant which was being kept between things for 13 years why until now without carrying out thermal disposal?

A plan to install an incinerator for nuclear fuel processing company (JCO) of Tokaimura which caused the criticality accident in 1999 to process the low level radioactive waste currently kept after an accident for eight days by the end of May, 13, and start a test run in June/2012 was unveiled.
The meeting to explain to local residents held in the company explained to about 30 persons, such as village people, a member of a village assembly, surrounding Mito residents.
Among the low level radioactive waste in which drum (200 liters) about 8900 duties currently kept in a site are unsettled according to the plan, Drum about 200 duties, such as about 500 oil drums (100 cubic meters) which were being used in the uranium processing plant and a mop used in the control area for radiation, are incinerated.
It applies for use change permission to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology at the end of July, and calls it the schedule which will obtain permission around September.

Until a nuclear power plant disaster happens,
As for waste of 100Bq [ which came out in the nuclear power plant ]/kg or more, it was obliged to seal and carry out isolation storage with a drum severely law.
Therefore, 13 years were kept severely.
Although it comes out and becomes empty
the circumference is made to already pollute fully to the level which can be deceived -- since it is!!
Because there is a track record which is made to diffuse pollution rubble all over Japan, and is incinerated everywhere!! Things which already be burned.
No one knows any longer that it became ashes and scattered.
Well let's get radioactivity to environment.
Pretend whose feeling was paralyzed. do it.
U can do anything.
this news -- very, although treatment is small, I think that the contents are uncanny and heavy.
People of the nuclear village who have managed the nuclear power plant became the Democratic Party government and a tag, and have schemed for such an illegal act.

なぜ今まで13年間もの間、焼却処理せずに保管していた放射能汚染物質を、今さら焼却所を作ってまで燃やそうとするのか？

　１９９９年に臨界事故を起こした東海村の核燃料加工会社ジェー・シー・オー（ＪＣＯ）が８日、事故後に保管している低レベル放射性廃棄物を処理するための焼却炉を１３年５月末までに設置し同年６月から試運転を開始する計画を明らかにした。同社で行った住民説明会で、村民や村議、周辺の水戸市民など約３０人に説明した。

　計画によると、敷地内に保管しているドラム缶（２００リットル）約８９００本分の未処理の低レベル放射性廃棄物のうち、ウラン加工工場で使っていた油ドラム缶約５００本（１００立方メートル）と放射線管理区域内で使用したモップなどドラム缶約２００本分を焼却する。７月末に文部科学省に使用変更許可を申請し、９月ごろに許可を受ける予定という。

そうなのです！
原発事故が起こるまでは、
原発で出た１００Bq/kg以上の廃棄物は、厳重にドラム缶で密閉し、隔離保管することが、法律で義務付けられていたわけです。
だから1３年間も厳重に保管していました。

ですけど

もう十分に、誤魔化せるレベルまで周囲を汚染させてるいるから!!
日本中に汚染がれきを拡散させて、至る所で焼却している実績があるから!!

もう燃やしちゃおうぜ。
灰になってばら撒いたって、もう判らないさ。
放射能を環境に返しちゃおう。

このニュースすごく扱いは小さいけど、内容はすごく重いとおもいます。

原発を管理している原子力村の人たちは民主党政府とタッグになってこのような
違法行為を画策しています。
