「美味しんぼ」（雁屋哲・原作）の大衝撃は、東電福島第１原発大事故の「風化」を食い止められるか？

◆週刊ビッグコミックスピリッツの人気漫画「美味（おい）しんぼ」（漫画家・雁屋哲原作）が、まるで「潜水艦」から「スーパーキャビテーション魚雷」（超高速魚雷）を発射して奇襲攻撃したかと思わせるような「メガトン級」の大衝撃を与えている。一番衝撃を受けているのは、福島県や地元政界、医師会、福島県立医大、大阪市、それに原発推進派が大多数を占める安倍晋三政権である。折角「あらゆるものを隠蔽してきたのに、水の泡ではないか」と怒り狂っているらしい。
東電福島第１原発から放射能汚染水が密かに垂れ流れていて、海中に放出されていることや東電福島第１原発周辺地域は、とても住めたものでないことは、だれでも知っていることだ。福島県産の農産物、畜産物、魚介類が、いまでの関東一円のスーパーなどで売れ残り続けている。これは、決して「風評被害」が原因ではない。それは、「福島県や地元政界、医師会、福島県立医大などが、大事な事実を隠しているのではないか」と多くの消費者が疑っているからである。ほとんど信用されていない。
◆原発推進派の代表である安倍晋三首相は、原発再稼働、海外への原発セールス外交に熱心なあまり、東電福島第１原発の大事故が、東電社員や下請け従業員、作業員、福島県民ばかりか、関係自治体の住民にまで、健康被害を与えているはずなのに、２０１１年３月１１日から３年２か月、時が経過して、大事故が風化して、国民の記憶から忘却の世界に向かうことをどうも期待しているフシがある。
足尾鉱毒事件以来、水俣病事件、神通川イタイイタイ病事件など数々の公害事件は、地域住民の多くが大被害を被っているのに、挙証責任を被害者に押し付け、企業が加害者であることや公害発生源と被害者の被害との間の因果関係を認めようとはしなかった。今回の東電福島第１原発の大事故による健康被害についても、同じようなことが言える。地域住民のなかに、「体調不良」を訴える人々が現実に存在しているにもかかわらず、それを頭ごなしに否定して、隠蔽を図ろうとしている。その姿勢がありありと窺える。
放射線、放射能、放射線物質による人体への影響は、目にはなかなか見えないだけに、診察が困難かも知れないけれど、科学というものが、「疑い」あるいは「疑わしさ」から始まることを考慮すれば、「疑わしきは、調べてみる」必要がある。
◆今回の「美味（おい）しんぼ」」の描写と登場人物の発言は、「風化」してきている東電福島第１原発の大事故と健康被害について、改めて検証し、再検討する大きなキッカケを与えてくれている。それは、原発再稼働、海外への原発セールス外交に突っ走っている安倍晋三首相の暴走にブレーキをかけ、食い止めることにもなる。また、安倍晋三首相を「暴走老人」にさせないための予防措置の作用を生む。
そうでなければ、日本国民は、韓国の大型旅客船「セウォル号」沈没事件（４月１６日午前）が発生したのがキッカケで韓国の「政財（業）官癒着構造」が白日の下にさらされて、「賄賂横行」が暴露されてきたのを笑うことはできない。「セウォル号」沈没事件は、「人命」を軽視する「カネもうけ至上主義」が、乗船客船員４７６人のうち、生存者172人に対して、死者２７５人、行方不明者２９人という犠牲者（5月12日時点）を出したこと対比すると、安倍晋三首相の原発再稼働、原発セールス外交重視の姿勢は、やはり「人命・健康被害」よりも、「カネもうけ」に目が眩んでいるとしか思えない。国民批判を浴びている朴槿恵大統領と変りはない。似た者だ。
