痛い~"を連発ワークショップThe "painful" workshop was made Shindo instructors.

Shindoインストラクタークラスの勉強会には20年間来ているインストラクター

が3人もいました。

この人達の地道な努力が報われて、今があります。

私もそうですが、何故エストニアにきているのか？とよく聞かれますが、

エストニアは素敵な街ですが、そこに住む人達がまた素敵です。

Shindoインストラクター達と「痛い」ワークショップをしました。

叫び声が一番大きかつたのは、通訳のヘイキさんでした。





柔軟な心と身体ですので、痛みの通りが良いですね。

痛みを通して天につながるのです。

私も昨夜は熟睡できました。

今日もまた痛みのワークショップをしたいです。

癖になりそう(笑)






There were also 3 instructors who have come for 20 years in a study meeting in a Shindo

instructor class.

This people's steady effort pays off, and there is now.

I'm so, too, but why have you come to Estonia? It's heard well so, but it's attracted by the form

which overflows, and I have come to their passion.

Estonia is a nice town, but the people who live there are nice again.

A cry is biggest, putting or the one of the ivy was Mr. interpreter's calmness.

They're flexible heart and body, so you'd like a painful street, right?

It connects with heaven through the pain.

I could sleep soundly last night, too.

I'd like also to do a painful workshop today.

They seem to become, ~^_^
