今日のタリンのお天気は晴れていますが、風が吹いて
寒いです。こうやって日照時間が少なくなり、道路が凍りつき、
寒い日がやって来ます。
インドアスポーツのような感じで、Shindoはこの国に根ず
いています。
縄文心導インストラクター勉強会に20人参加しました。
痛いワークショップで悲鳴をあげていた、ヘイキさん
は笑顔で「よく眠れました」と、昨日のワークには自分
から進んでインストラクターと仲間入りしておられました。
パルノから女医さんタリンのワークに泊まりがけで2週間休み
なしで痛いワークにも参加されていました。
1年前にお会いした時は、病院に入院中でした。
脳梗塞で半身不随が、普通に歩けるようになり、お顔も引き締まり、
お綺麗になられました。
前より性格も明るくなられていました。
後2日ワークショップをしたら日本へ帰国いたします。
