たたえ合う…はオーバーな表現かも知れません…励まし合う？ とか…？ もちょっと違う感じ…でしょうか…。いやはや、それにしても寒い、ですねぇ。

"Respect to each other" is exaggerated...? "Encourage each other"...? Mmmm...? A bit different...? Anyway, it's been freezing, isn't it?
