Crosby, Stills & Nash は、元The Buffalo Springfield（ﾊﾞｯﾌｧﾛｰ･ｽﾌﾟﾘﾝｸﾞﾌｨｰﾙﾄﾞ）のStephen Stills( ｽﾃｨｰｳﾞﾝ･ｽﾃｨﾙｽ）、元The Byrds（ﾊﾞｰｽﾞ）のDavid Crosby（ﾃﾞｳﾞｨｯﾄﾞ･ｸﾛｽﾋﾞｰ）、元The Hollies（ﾎﾘｰｽﾞ）のGraham Nash（ｸﾞﾗﾊﾑ･ﾅｯｼｭ）の3人で結成され､CS＆Nと呼ばれている。このﾋﾞﾃﾞｵは25周年を迎えたWoodstock 94での1994年8月13日の彼らのｽﾃｰｼﾞの模様です。

曲はもちろん､Lennon-McCartneyの作品です。
