■ Mystery of "46 minutes"
A disastrous earthquake of M8.2 which occurred at the IKIKE offing on April 1 (Japan time for 2 days) took out 6 people's of dead and brought a tidal wave to Hawaii and eastern Japan all part. The time as 20:46 this earthquake generated (local time) becomes the topic of conversation between the certain net user. It's because it has occurred to "46 minutes" similarly with 14:46 which is the occurrence time of the eastern Japan great earthquake.

When it's only this, everyone would think as just accidental agreement. But it isn't only that. Following big earthquake and major event which occurred in recent years had occurred to "46 minutes" with a wonder.

* 2001/09/11 8:46-> American simultaneous multiple terrorism (the time of the WTC building crash)
* 2011/03/11 14:46-> eastern Japan great earthquake M9.0

Thus 2 great earthquakes which brought enormous damage to Japan and USA, synchronized, there is something for which it's difficult to regard as just accident that terrorism and this Chilean earthquake occur to "46 minutes" both. The probability everything occurs to "46 minutes" similarly may also be low boundlessly accidentally.


■ Mystery of "11"

The number as "11" which is frequently seen is also made the target of the interest of the people who like scheme theory besides the agreement of "46 minutes".

It was 8:46 that American Airlines flight 11 crashed into 110 story of twin tower north ridge by American simultaneous multiple terrorism on September 11, 2001 of NY time, the number which is "11" as you can see, very, I also appear 3 times. Therefore the opinion maybe that the earthquake mentioned first was "seismic shooting" started to be told plausibly between the people who like scheme theory.



■ Is "seismic shooting" possible?

Then, is it possible actually that an eastern Japan great earthquake 3 years ago was "seismic shooting"? Perhaps the seismologist who acknowledges its possibility will be a no.

But a hypothesis as "seismic shooting", it itself isn't a groundless one at all. There is also a case to which the earthquake with the artificial energy equivalent to a big earthquake has occurred by the nuclear test performed at each country in the past.


■ Does a nuclear test cause an earthquake?

For example shaking equivalent to an earthquake of M6.97 occurred by the maximum underground nuclear testing conducted in Kitajima in the Soviet Union and NOVAYAZEMURYA in 1973. ■「46分」の謎

　4月1日（日本時間2日）にチリ・イキケ沖で発生したM8.2の巨大地震は、6人の死者を出し、ハワイや東日本各地に津波をもたらした。この地震が発生した20時46分（現地時間）という時刻が、一部のネットユーザーの間で話題になっている。というのも、東日本大震災の発生時刻である14時46分と、同じ「46分」に起きているためだ。

　これだけならば、単なる偶然の一致と誰もが思うだろう。だが、それだけではない。近年発生した以下の大地震・大事件が、不思議と「46分」に起きていたのだ。

・1995/01/17 5:46→阪神淡路大震災M7.3
・2001/09/11 8:46→米国同時多発テロ（WTCビル激突の時刻）
・2011/03/11 14:46→東日本大震災M9.0
・2014/04/01 20:46→チリ地震M8.2

　このように、日本に甚大な被害をもたらした2つの大震災と、米国同時多発テロ、そして今回のチリ地震が、いずれも「46分」に発生していることは、単なる偶然とは考え難いものがある。偶然にもすべて同じ「46分」に起きる確率は、限りなく低いのではないか。


■「11」の謎

「46分」の一致以外に、頻繁に見られる「11」という数字も、陰謀論を好む人々の関心の対象となっている。

　米国同時多発テロで、アメリカン航空11便が、110階建てのツインタワー北棟に激突したのは、NY時間の2001年9月11日8時46分のことだったが、ご覧のとおり「11」の数字が実に3度も出現している。東日本大震災が起きたのは2011年3月11日、と「11」の数字が2度出現。阪神淡路大震災も1月17日に発生と、見方によっては「11」が含まれている。

　このような「11」という数字の頻発も、単なる偶然として片付けてしまって良いのだろうか。もはや、前述の「46分」や「11」という不思議な一致を説明する手段は、以下の2通り以外にないのではないかとさえ思えてくる。

（1） すべて偶然の一致にすぎない。
（2） 4件の出来事がすべて「あらかじめ仕組まれたもの」だった。

　仮に（2）であるとした場合、地震という自然災害が、「実は人の手によって起こされたものだった」と考えざるを得なくなってしまう。そのため、陰謀論を好む人々の間では、先に挙げた地震が「人工地震」だったのではないか、という説がまことしやかに語られるようになった。


■「人工地震」などあり得るのか!?

　では、3年前の東日本大震災が「人工地震」だったということが、実際にあり得るのだろうか。恐らく、その可能性を肯定する地震学者は皆無だろう。

　しかし、「人工地震」という仮説自体は、まったく根拠の無いものではない。過去に各国で行われていた核実験では、大地震に相当するエネルギーの人工的な地震が起きたケースもあるのだ。


■核実験が地震を起こす!?

　例えば、1973年に旧ソ連・ノヴァヤゼムリャの北島で実施された最大級の地下核実験では、M6.97の地震に相当する揺れが発生した。また米国が1971年にアラスカのアムチトカ島で行った地下核実験では、M7.0相当の揺れが記録されている。

　もっとも「M7.0の人工地震を起こす」のと「M9.0の人工地震を起こす」のとでは、実現の可能性がまったく異なってくる。というのも、マグニチュードが2つ大きくなると、地震の規模は1000倍になるからだ。ちなみに、広島に投下された原爆はM6程度のエネルギーを持っていたと言われるが、3.11と同等の地震を起こすには、この3万2千倍相当の原爆が必要という計算になり、現実的にはあり得ない話ということになる。現在の科学では、「M9.0規模の地震を人工で起こす方法など存在しない」とされるのは当然だろう。

　仮に3.11が「人工地震」だったとしても、地震の前に報告された様々な前兆現象の説明がつかなくなり、この点でも陰謀論者はもっともな説明を求められることになるだろう。




■未だ多くの謎が残っている

　だが、「人工地震」説が否定されると、先に述べた大地震・大事件の発生時刻が奇妙に一致することや、頻発する数字の謎は、一体どのように説明できるというのだろうか。

　ちなみに、2011年に全米公開されたアクション映画、「世界戦略：ロサンゼルス決戦」では、宇宙人が地球に攻めてくる日時が、「2011年4月11日の4時46分（グリニッジ標準時）」と設定されており、ここでも「46分」と「11」が出現している。さらに、この映画の封切りは3月11日だったのだ…。スタッフが意識的に行ったのか、それとも、無意識に「46」と「11」を並べてしまったのか。いずれにせよ謎は深まるばかりである。

　果たして、これら全てを「偶然の一致」という安直な説明で片付けてしまうことは妥当なのか。不可解な現代のミステリーを説明できる人の登場を待ちたいところだ。
