On Sunday, April 28, after Japan was World War II defeated, the day which recovered sovereignty commemorated Japan, it held the formal event which becomes the first, and Prime Minister Abe clarified the posture in which power was further put into the nationalism campaign.
Although Prime Minister Abe who arrived at the seat of political power in December, last year had concentrated on recovery of Japanese economy stagnant at the beginning, he began to clarify the posture which recently strengthens the conservative policy of a theory.

"We who have to make it the existence to which the countries in the world take off their hat by making Japan into a strong country have the duty."

Prime Minister Abe is going to aim at expansion of the further present Self-Defense Forces, and he is going to change to the formal army.

Although the Diet member of the Liberal Democratic Party was praising himself "The world is evaluating" in Prime Minister Abe's political power management the other day, I thought, "The world is what on earth pointed [ what ] out and said ?!."
I think that I will look at the ordinary media of advanced nations, such as the West.
Germany united by performing thorough verification about the act of own country in World War II, and investigation of war responsibility performed it.
It liquidated by the power of its own country.
And the national socialism Labour Party (Nazis) was illegalized and became a sworn friend with the partner's France invaded once.
now -- the bunch of European countries -- it carried out and has played the important role.
How is Japan?

主権回復61周年記念式典で、国家主義を煽った日本の首相

日本は４月28日日曜日、日本が第二次世界大戦敗北の後、主権を回復した日の記念し、初めてとなる公式行事を開催し、安倍首相はその国家主義キャンペーンに一層力を入れる姿勢を明らかにしました。
昨年12月に政権の座に着いた安倍首相は、当初停滞している日本経済の回復に注力して来ましたが、最近になって持論の保守的政策を強化する姿勢を明らかにし始めました。

28日に開催された国家式典は、アメリカの影響を受けて作られた平和憲法改正の支持を取り付けるための一手段と見られています。
安倍首相率いる自民党は、現在の憲法が第二次世界大戦終了直後から1952年まで続いたアメリカの占領下、押し付けられたものだとしてことあるごとに批判してきました。

昨月、安倍内閣は４月28日を『主権回復記念日』という与党自民党の提案を承認し、初めて国費による記念式典を開催したのです。
これまで同様の式典は、首相自身が所属する自民党の超保守派議員、そして右翼的政策に賛同する人間たちによって私的に開催されてきました。

28日の式典は20世紀半ば、アジアを次々と侵略していった往時の日本の、国家主義行事の雰囲気そのものに満たされていました。
式典はまず、民主主義国家の国歌としての内容に関して論争の絶えない『君が代』の斉唱で開始され、明仁天皇陛下への万歳三唱で終わりました。
そしてステージ中央には、巨大な『昇る朝日』の飾り付けが据えられていました。

式典で安倍首相は国民に対し、この日のことを胸に刻み込み、心からこの日を祝うように訴えました。
そして日本を国家的誇りに満ちた、強力な国家にするよう求めたのです。
61年前、当時の日本人には高い理想があり、今日の国民はその期待に応えなければならないと強調しました。


「日本を強国として、世界の国々が一目も二目も置く存在にしなければならない、我々にはその義務がある。」
安倍首相はここでも口癖にしている、『美しい日本』を取り戻すためにもっともっと努力しなければならないと語りましたが、その底には国民の権利を制限してすべてに国家的利益を優先させる、強権国家を作ろうとする意図が見え隠れしているという批判があります。

慶応大学の政治学者である片山杜秀（もりひで）准教授は、今回の式典もまたお決まりの国家主義三種の神器 – 国歌、国旗、そして軍隊をそろえた、安倍首相得意の『安っぽい演出』に彩られたものだったと語りました。
朝日新聞の27日付け朝刊に掲載されたインタビューの中で、片山准教授は今回の式典の目的について、アメリカ占領時代に作られた憲法を書き換えない限り、日本は真の独立国家とはなり得ないということを、国民に信じ込ませることだと指摘しました。

憲政記念会館で開催された今回の式典は、第二次世界大戦中日本の侵略を受け、被害を被った隣国などが批判してきた一連の国家主義的イベントの中、最新のものとなりました。

今月、日本のいわば『戦争の聖地』である靖国神社へ数人の政府閣僚と約170人の国会議員が参拝したことは、中国と韓国の強烈な反発を招きました。
これら日本の政治指導者たちが参拝した靖国神社には、230万人の戦争犠牲者に加え、戦時中の日本の指導者であり、戦争犯罪人として裁かれた14人もあわせて祀（まつ）られれており、ことあるごとに近隣諸国との軋轢を生じさせてきました。

安倍首相は先に国会で「侵略についての明確な定義は無い」、そして日本は「どんな脅威にでも屈しない」と発言し、中国と韓国を激怒させました。


「日本はかつて主権を失ってしまった最大の理由は何だろうか？ … それは、日本が間違った道を進んでしまったからではないだろうか？」
日本経済新聞は日曜の社説でこう述べました。
「日本は太平洋戦争における戦争責任について、それを曖昧なままにしてきた。そのために近隣諸国との間に歴史認識についてのずれが生じ、戦争が終わって68年を経た今日尚、論争を続けざるを得ない原因を作り出してしまった。』

安倍首相はさらに現在の自衛隊の拡充を図り、正式な軍隊へと変えようとしています。
そして過去日本政府が行った、第二次世界大戦以前から戦争中に大日本帝国の軍隊が行った非人道的行為についての近隣諸国に対する謝罪についても、これを覆そうとしています。
さらには自民党の政治綱領にも概説されている通り、天皇の地位を再び国家元首の地位に据えようする動きすら見せています。

自民党の憲法改定草案では、国際社会において人間の当然の権利であり不可侵とされている基本的人権について、これを保証する条項を削除することが謳われているのです。

この式典はアメリカによる占領が1972年まで続いていた沖縄の厳しい批判を招きました。
沖縄県の宜野湾市では数万人の市民が公園に集まり、大規模な抗議集会を開催しました。


沖縄には日米安保条約に基づき、在日アメリカ軍の４分の３が駐留していますが、それだけに県民の間には根の深い反米感情があります。
そして同時に日本政府に対しては、沖縄が犠牲を払っている状況について充分な配慮、そして補償を行っていないという不満が鬱積しています。

沖縄県の仲井真弘多知事は、日曜日の式典をボイコットしました。

日本は1951年、米国でサンフランシスコ平和条約と日米安全保障条約に同時に調印しました。
そしてその７ヵ月後、日本本土のほとんどの地域においてアメリカ軍による占領が終了しましたが、 沖縄には引き続きアメリカ軍の大部隊が駐留することになりました。
日本の主権回復を祝った４月28日、沖縄ではこの日の事を『屈辱の日』と呼んでいます。

先日、自民党の国会議員が安倍首相の政権運営を「世界が評価している」と自画自賛していましたが、「世界とはいったい何を指して言っているのか?!」と思いました。
欧米などの先進各国の普通のメディアを眺めてみようと思います。


ドイツは第二次世界大戦での自国の行為について、徹底的な検証を行い、あわせて戦争責任の追及が行いました。
自国の力で清算を行ったのです。
そして国家社会主義労働党（ナチス）は非合法化され、かつて侵略した相手のフランスとは盟友になりました。今やヨーロッパ各国の束ねとして重要な役割を果たしています。

日本はどうでしょうか？
街中をわがもの顔で、大音量で軍歌を流しながら走る右翼の街宣車。
あれはドイツでは非合法です。

日本だけがそれを許している、というより現政権とのつながりはどうなのでしょうか？
