　日本人２人の人質事件でハッキリしたのは、この先、間違いなく日本もテロのターゲットになるということだ。何しろ「イスラム国」は、日本を「進んで十字軍に参加した」とみなしている。　いずれ、東京でテロが起きてもおかしくない。

　軍事評論家の前田哲男氏がこう言う。
「かつて中東諸国にとって日本は特別な国でした。アラブの国民は日本にシンパシーを感じていた。理由は、欧米諸国と違って、中東に軍隊を派遣したことも、武器を輸出したこともなかったからです。イスラエルともパレスチナとも等距離で付き合い、革命が起きた後のイランとも外交関係を結んでいた。ところが、イラク戦争の時、自衛隊を派遣したことで日本に対する視線が少しずつ変わり始めていた。心配なのは、“積極平和主義”を掲げる安倍首相が、＜集団的自衛権＞や＜武器輸出＞を推し進めようとしていることです。しかも、イスラム国を完全に敵に回してしまった。このまま“積極平和主義”を掲げ、アメリカと一緒に戦争をしようとしたら、イスラム過激派にアメリカと同一視され、間違いなくテロの標的にされるでしょう」


■安倍政権の動き次第でリスク拡大

　テロ被害の危険性が高いのは、外国で活動している日本人や、海外の日系企業だ。もちろん、警備の薄い東京は、テロリストにとって格好のターゲットだろう。
