Ms.Yuzuki Muroi "does my opinion become the Fukushima discrimination?"


Although the column which Ms.Yuzuki Muroi who also introduced this blog the other day was criticizing for Fukushima that a school trip was about the way of the government of using a model course was introduced, the last column has many protests and the opinion about it is sent.
I think it important to consider how surely it revives all together.
It is important how it nestles up to the direction which wishes revival in Fukushima.
However, I cannot think that all support, such as decontamination, compensation, and medical support, is already left unsettled with since it is already good in it being OK, and the word "damage caused by rumors" can revive from dose management.
I think if the state of the local support broken in more is also asked.
And "war responsibility problem is resembled.
The language referred to as not investigating war responsibility" by the 100 million total confession after all is the language which weighs heavily on us the adults, heavily.

Ms.Yuzuki Muroi, the writer that many protests came to the column written before.
After being based on the present condition of Fukushima, it claims like this.

It wrote that the news to say had to be seen and children all over the country must be taken to Fukushima with the nuclear power plant which caused the dangerous accident specially why.
If it is too barbarous to use a child for the proof of things with the right opinion of the government.
When a terrible number of protests were received, saying, "Don't discriminate Fukushima!"

It also turns out that there are people who live in Fukushima now and now.
In Fukushima, it also knows that there are a place where a dose is high, and a low place.
But, in Fukushima, if it says that nothing has occurred, substitution that after that [ of the nuclear power plant disaster which Toden caused / all ] is damages caused by rumors will become possible.
Neither a country nor Toden needs to consider hospitable protection etc. against the victim.

Although the person that it is money is probably also in money, I think that the state of such bottom of its heart is discrimination.
Aren't that even the affair in which the government recommends Fukushima to the school trip point of schools all over the country is discriminated truly the children of an ordinary house, the children of a poor house, and the children that go to a public school?
if it is a volunteer who recruits candidates, the private children born by the school trip for which all the members go to the rich house go at any rate -- the school of the private boarding school in the prefecture contiguous to ? Fukushima evacuated children after the earthquake disaster.
And seemingly it has graduation of the students who are now and will close a school.
There are children who are doing their best in a more serious environment!
It is whether there are those who get angry so.
But the child who has forced a life in serious environment is not benefited in such places.
There would be [, not to mention it, ] anything [ no ], and it will hinder conversely.
I regard decision of this private school that made selection that what protected the student of its school anything as great.
The teacher of that that seems to be right and a close college professor resembles "war responsibility problem in the nuclear power plant disaster and the radioactivity problem.

I also think that I am right.

室井佑月さん「あたしの意見は福島差別になるのだろうか」





先日当ブログでも紹介した室井佑月さんが修学旅行を福島をモデルコースにするという政府のやり方に関して批判していたコラムを紹介しましたが、前回のコラムには多くの抗議があり、それに関する主張を発信されてます。確かにどうやって皆で復興していくかを考えることが大事だと思います。福島で復興を願う方にいかに寄りそっていくかが大事です。しかしながら風評被害という言葉で線量管理から除染、賠償、医療支援などあらゆる支援をもう大丈夫と、もういいからと有耶無耶にして復興できるとは思えません。もっと踏み込んだ現地支援の在り方も問われてるとと思います。そして、「戦争責任問題と似ていますよね。結局、1億総懺悔で、戦争責任は追及せず、です」という言葉は我々大人に重くのしかかる言葉です。

以前書いたコラムに多くの抗議がきたという作家の室井佑月氏。福島の現状を踏まえたうえでこう主張する。

先々週、「『美味しんぼ』問題を受け、政府は、修学旅行先として福島のモデルコースを設定し、全国の学校に提案することなどの（風評被害払拭にむけた）強化策をまとめた」

というニュースを観て、なんでわざわざ危ない事故を起こした原発のある福島へ、全国の子どもたちを連れていかなきゃならないの、ということを書いた。政府の意見が正しいことの証明に、子どもを使うのは野蛮すぎると。

そしたら、「福島を差別するな！」と、ものすごい数の抗議を受けた。

あたしの意見は福島差別になるのだろうか。

今、現在、福島に住んでいる人たちがいるのもわかる。福島では、線量の高いところも低いところもあるのも知っている。

だが、福島ではなにも起きていないといってしまえば、東電の起こした原発事故のその後のすべてが風評被害であるというすり替えが可能になってしまう。国も東電も、被害者に対して手厚い保護など考えなくていいことになってゆく。

現に、この国の環境を守るのが仕事の環境省の大臣が、汚染土の中間貯蔵施設建設をめぐり、「最後は金目でしょ」という発言をした。「もっと丁寧に安全だということを説明しないと」ではない、「金でなんとかなるでしょ」ということだ。正直にいえば、もうこうなった以上、最後は金で解決しかないのかもしれない。が、それは事故の責任者が被害者に謝り倒し、どうかこれで勘弁してくださいというお金であるべきだ。劣悪な環境も「金を払えばいいんでしょ」という金ではない。金は金じゃんという人もいるだろうが、そういう心根の在り方が差別なんだとあたしは思う。

政府が全国の学校の修学旅行先に福島を推奨する件だって、本当に差別されるのは、普通の家の子や貧しい家の子たち、公立の学校に通う子どもたちではないか。希望者を募っていくボランティアならともかく、全員が行く修学旅行で、裕福な家に生まれた私立の子たちが行くのかな？福島と隣接する県にある私立の全寮制の学校が、震災後、子どもたちを避難させた。そして、今いる生徒たちの卒業をもって、学校を閉じるらしい。

もっと大変な環境で頑張ってる子どもたちはいるのに！　そう怒る人はいるかも。でも、そういったところで、大変な環境の中で生活を強いられる子のためにはならない。それどころか、なにもなかったことにされ、逆に足を引っ張ることになる。あたしは自分の学校の生徒をなにがなんでも守るという選択をした、この私立校の英断を偉いと思う。

そうそう、仲が良い大学教授の先生が、原発事故・放射能問題を、「戦争責任問題と似ていますよね。結局、1億総懺悔で、戦争責任は追及せず、です」といっていた。その通りだとあたしも思う。
