あなたのパブコメが、原発推進の国のエネルギー計画の閣議決定を止めました。


原発推進の政府のエネルギー基本計画案。パブリックコメントは1万9000件も集まったそうです。
日本経済新聞は「政府はエネルギー基本計画の閣議決定を2月以降に遅らせることを決めた。国民から寄せられた1万9千件の声や自民党・公明党からの意見を反映して計画案に修正を加える必要があると判断した」と報じています（2014年1月15日日経新聞）。
原発を、2月9日開票の東京都知事選の争点にしたくない---という思惑もあるでしょうが、1万9千件の声が影響を与えたことは間違いないと思います。
そうであれば、閣議決定を遅らせただけでなく、1万9千件の声を計画の内容に反映させるように、ますます声をあげていきましょう！
1万9千件も寄せられた意見はどのようなものだったのか知りたくて、パブリックコメントを集めた資源エネルギー庁長官官房総合政策課に電話（03-3501-2304）して聞いたところ、まだ意見を精査中で、おってホームページで公開するとのことです。
国のエネルギー基本計画案では、原子力を「エネルギー需給構造の安定性を支える重要なベース電源である」と位置づけ、「世界最高水準の新規制基準の下で安全性が確認された原子力発電所については、再稼働を進める」としています。
東電福島原発事故を経験したのに、原発がベース電源はありえません。東電福島原発事故の原因究明もなく作られた規制基準のもとでの再稼働もありえません。大幅に修正させましょう。


重要な法案を単純に閣議決定で決めようとする安倍政権は極めて危険です。
