臨時： 森友疑獄？？？

２０１７年３月４日（Sat.） 巷（ちまた）を騒がしている大阪に建設中の小学校に関わる件。　先ほど見たＦＢ（フェイスブック）情報によると、現防衛大臣は、かつて、関連する学園の弁護士をやっていた・・・と言う内容です。　これは ”大スクープ” として扱われていますが、これが事実ならば、某国会議員への陳情の件も含めて、ズブズブの関係があると言うことになってしまいませんか。

もっとも、昨今は Fake News なるものも流布されることがあるので、俄かには信じがたいとも感じました・・・、追加の報道を待つしかありません。

それにしても、１５回も陳情に関する面談を行った国会議員は、記者会見にて ｢口利き｣ などは一切していないとの発言をしていましたが、当該事務所（公設秘書）が近畿財務局に陳情内容を伝えていたと報道されており、これは正に ｢口利き｣ 以外の何物でもないでしょう。

いくら議員自らは伝達しなかったと言い訳したとしても、事務所として伝達したのであれば、受け取った側としては議員自身からの伝達と受け取らざるを得ないことでしょう。　まァ、客観的に見て口利きはあったと言うことでしょうね。　でなければ、報道されているような常識では考えられないような ｢ことの進展｣ はなかったことでしょう。　如何なる言い訳をしたとしても、国民は今や納得しないでしょう。

そもそも、この渦中の国会議員は、現財務大臣の懐刀とも言われているぐらいですから、その事務所からの伝達であれば、財務大臣の後ろ盾も感じたことでしょう、言われた方は。

もう、この件は ｢疑獄｣ にふさわしい状態になっているのではないでしょうか。

加えて、詳細は報道されていないかも知れませんが、今治市の不動産譲渡（？）に関しても、類似の疑惑があると一部に報じられています。　これらが事実であると仮定すると、とんでもないことが闇で進められている・・・と言うことです。

真相解明を待ちたいと思います。

Running from Thursday 16 to Sunday 19 March, here are some of the events happening around the capital for the St Patrick’s Festival:

Dancing shoes at the ready, as Earlsfort Terrace is transformed into a dance hall from 4.30pm to 7.30pm for a Céilí.

This is the main event, as the grand parade kicks off from midday at Parnell Square.

Another open-air cinema will show the recent hit film Sing Street at Fingal County Council Civic Offices on Grove Road in Blanchardstown from 7.30pm.

Sunday 19 March
Merrion Square is the main venue today, with a street carnival full of theatre, music, arts, crafts and more.

Budding scientists can embrace the Science Zone and epic story lovers can listen to fantasy storytelling at the Festival Big Day Out from midday to 6pm.

St Patrick's Day は３月１７日で、アイルランドの首都ダブリンや、その他の都市でも様々なイベントが開かれるようです。　そして、これは世界の各地でも開かれています。　アイリッシュ系の人々のつながりを確認しあう意味合いもあるのでしょう。　また、アイルランドの歴史を知ることで、この行事の意味合いもわかるのではないでしょうか。

ドイツ： 新しい配達手段にトライ

Apparently German postmen got bored of the traditional mail truck.

German delivery service DHL Express is testing out deliveries using a brand new method - cargo bicycle.

The pilot project launched on Wednesday in Frankfurt and Utrecht in The Netherlands will give postal workers a faster and more environmentally friendly way of handing out parcels and documents.

Due to the growth of online orders and increasing traffic density, DHL spokesman Tobias Wider said it is becoming more challenging for couriers to move their cargo through inner city areas.

The new ‘cubicycles’ can each carry up to 90 packages, and DHL says this could save more than 16 tonnes worth of CO2 emissions in one year.

The devices come from a Swedish manufacturer and are offered online starting at €7,800, according to the Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung.

So far just two cubicycles are in use in Frankfurt. If the two-month test proves positive, DHL plans to use the vehicles in cities like Berlin, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart.

これまでのところ、２台がフランクフルトで使われます。　もし２ヶ月間の試行が良好であるのなら、ＤＨＬはこの乗り物をベルリンやデュッセルドルフ、シュツットガルトなどでも使う予定だと言います。

面白い取り組みですし、二酸化炭素排出削減にも効果が期待できると考えているところが感心できるところです。　但し、雨よけの風防などが装着されていませんが、雨天などの場合には装着可能になっているのでしょうか。

日本国内でも通販の増大等に伴う配送業の過密業務が問題になっていますが、改善すべき点はアチコチにあるのでしょうね。

Zugspitze　
Ski enthusiasts and hikers can enjoy plenty of sunshine at high Alpine altitudes, like here on the Zugspitze mountain, before the start of spring. But in March the sun's rays become more powerful. Despite the risk of sunburn, getting a tan in spring is seen as a healthy way to head into summer.


Mainau Island
The island of Mainau is the third largest in Lake Constance. The lake has shores in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The island, famous for its floral displays, attracts large numbers of visitors in spring. Mainau is owned by the Lennart Bernadotte Foundation which was set up by a former Prince of Sweden.


Munich　（ミュンヘン）
Beer gardens are welcoming the spring here in Germany. People love to sit outdoors and sip beer, like here in Munich's English Garden. But as well as in Bavaria, you can enjoy a freshly-tapped beer in pub gardens all over Germany.


Bonn
Spring in the northern hemisphere officially begins on March 20. That’s when the days start to grow longer, and spring in western Europe spans March, April and May. But we’ll need some more sunny days before the cherry blossom flourishes in places like Bonn.


Düsseldorf
The plane trees beside the Rhine in Düsseldorf are still waiting to grow new leaves. They are cut back in autumn and boast new foliage in the spring. The locals take advantage of the first warm days of the year to stroll beside the Rhine on the city's promenade. The excursion boats are also ready to start the season.


Dresden
The many young people who have made Dresden their home have given the city a lively and creative flair. On one bank of the River Elbe you'll find the historic city center with its famous baroque ensemble. On the opposite bank you can explore new bars and restaurants and small boutiques. Outdoor life begins here in spring.


Berlin
There are still warm blankets in the outdoor cafés in the German capital. But as the days get warmer, visitors from all over flock to Berlin to enjoy the sunshine and take a stroll along the Unter den Linden boulevard.


Hamburg
When the sun comes out, the city beach near Hamburg harbor attracts large numbers of people to the banks of the Elbe river. The sand is brought in by trucks and gives Hamburg an added attraction.


Baltic Sea
The wind doesn’t blow as fiercely on the Baltic as it does on the North Sea. That means the beach chairs are put in place here much earlier than in the North Sea resorts. 私も今日は１時間ほど離れた公園で散歩を楽しみました、家内と。　帽子も手袋もマフラーも必要ないほどの気持ちの良い風でした（日本国内ですが）。
