シアトル発2月最後の縄文ストレッチ。Last Jomon stretch class in February from Seattle

2月最後の縄文ストレッチクラスに、ママ友達と子供達が、
20人参加されました。
赤ちゃん連れのママ友に必要なのは、“ながらストレッチ”
ですね。
貴重な時間を割いてキッチンストレッチで、肩こり、腰痛
などでケアー出来るように、2分盆ストレッチはいいです
ね〜。

子供👦3人連れのお母さんは妊娠中で4人目の赤ちゃんが
安定期に入ったとかでストレッチクラスに毎回休まず参加
されています。
アメリカ人のパパはドクターだそうですので、私も安心し
て彼女のお手伝い出来ています。

お子さんが3人でも大変なのに、4人目の誕生なのにストレッチ
クラスに休まず来られているので、本当にパワフルなお母さん。
女の子3人なので、次はパパは男の子が欲しいようで、
今回は調べないで、産まれるまでのお楽しみにしていますそう
です。
お聞きしたら実家が福岡の私の実家の隣町という事です。

ママ友達に囲まれたストレッチクラスは、エネルギーが高く
終わってからは元気😀バリバリ〜。
ストレッチクラスだけでなく、皆んなで赤ちゃんの子守り👩‍🍼
絵本読みのお手伝いしながら時間があっという間に過ぎて
しまい、このクラスではながらストレッチで快適になりそう
です。

Take your precious time to stretch in the kitchen to relieve 

stiff shoulders and lower back pain.
The 2-minute Bon stretch is good so that you can take care 

of yourself by doing things like

Children👦The mother of three is pregnant and expecting her 

fourth baby.
Since I have entered a stable period, I attend stretching 

classes every time without taking a break.
It has been.
Apparently my American father is a doctor, so I feel at ease.
I am able to help her.


Having 3 children is tough, but even though it's the birth of 

your 4th child, you're still stretching.
She is a truly powerful mother because she comes to class 

without fail.
Since she has three girls, her father wants a boy next.
I'm not looking into it this time, I'm looking forward to it 

until she's born.

I heard that her parents' home is in Fukuoka, a town next to 

my parents' home.


Stretching class surrounded by mom friends has high energy
After finishing it, I feel fine 😀 Working hard.
Not only in the stretching class, but also in babysitting with 

everyone 👩‍🍼
Time passed quickly while I was helping people read picture 

books.
I think I'll become good at stretching in this class.
