フィンランドからシアトルに到着。

今朝出かける前の空いた時間にフィンランドのShindo

インストラクターのスザンナとヒーリングのエクスチェンジ

しました。

毎日ヒーリング三昧‼️
スザンナのヒーリングタッチは、基本に忠実かつクリエイティブ。


エエッ、こんな感じに手足を上手く使って、よく考えられてい

ました。

スザンナは設計士、橋や道路の整備などの悪いところを治すとかも
されているので、人間の身体も同じようなものと考えられます。

産まれてきた時は新品ですが、時間と共に古くなって行きます。
荒川修作さんの「建築する身体」は、「身体は建築する」

メンテナンスをしながら身体は、生涯現役でいる。

やってもらいながら覗き込んだりしながら、こんな体の使い方がある
んですね〜。
行い手が疲れないように工夫されているので、受け手の方も安心して
体を任せられますね。


私も80歳になりましたが、この歳になると流石に毎朝目が覚めると
今日も生かされている〜と、思うようになりました。


朝から元気に動き回っている姿に、娘は(´⊙ω⊙`)


2時間のヒーリングが終わった後は、幸せいっぱい🈵
やっぱり仲間っていいですね~。

Arrived in Seattle from Finland.


This morning, I had a healing exchange with Finnish 

Shindo instructor Susanna during my free time nearby.


Three dreams of healing every day! ️


Susanna's healing touch is basically faithful and creative.


Oh, it was well thought out, using her hands and feet 

skillfully like this.


Susanna is an architect and worries about the poor maintenance

 of bridges and roads, so the human body can be thought of 

as being similar.


When we are born, we are new, but over time we get old.


Shusaku Arakawa's "Architectural Body" is "The body is 

architectural."


The body is active throughout our lives while undergoing 

maintenance.


There is a way to use the body like this while receiving and 

considering.


It is designed so that the person doing it does not get tired, 

so the recipient can rest assured and leave their body to her.


I am also 80 years old, but at this age, when I wake up, I think I 

am still alive today.


My daughter was so happy to see him moving around 

energetically from the morning (´⊙ω⊙`)


After the 2-hour healing session, she was so happy 🈵
It's good to have friends after all.
