26日マネージャークラスでのドングリボール、タスキがけ
で肩甲骨、股関節のストレッチを致しました。
基本のことを一通り説明した後は、ご自分で自由に身体を
1時間たっぷりとストレッチしてもらいました。
途中で眠ってしまう人もいました。
身長が高く、手足が長い人はストレッチが決まりにくかっ
たりしますので、ドングリボールや、タスキに助けてもらう
と、自分の限界を越えて行くんですが、ドングリボールと
タスキに支えられているので、安心感と気持ちよさがあり
ます。
その使い方が初心者には難しいですが、やってる内に上手に

どんぐりボールは普段から、身体のあちこちに当てて動かしてい
ましたが、たすき掛けはあまりやっていませんでした。
二つの掛け合わせは、サーカスの宙吊りで舞をしているかのよう
に、自由に伸び伸びと身体が動き出しました。
重力があるのに、ないような、空に浮かんでいるようで、自分の

疲れたら休みましょうとお声がけいただきましたが、なかなか疲れ

たが、ワーク後のヒーリング前にはすごく眠くなり、身体中が
しっかり使われて、良い疲れとなっていました。

自分で自分の身体を開拓していくように、たくさん使い、心身が
喜んでいます。
今まではどこかで、子育てが忙しいから、、、
ヒーリングが大変で身体が滞っていても仕方ないと、言い訳をし
ていたと思います。
今は、どんな状況でも、自分次第でどこまでも高められると、
身を持って体感できています。
実は昨夜に久しぶりに好転反応が出ました。
ストレッチ中は、手首、足首、首、指を無性に動かしたり回し
たくなり、どんどん緩むのを感じました。
その日はいい疲労感に包まれ、全身が通っているのを感じてい
ました。
翌朝は、使えていなかった場所をしっかり動かしたからか、少し

この日(ストレッチ翌日)は、ヒーリング2件をした後に、トップ
ヒーラーの三﨑さんにヒーリングをしていただき、骨に沿って綺麗
に削ぎ落としてもらった感覚でした。
とても効いたので、より軽くなりました。
帰宅後、なんとなくの頭痛になり、ストレッチとヒーリングのおかげ
で、とても緩んでいたので反応だなと思いながら夕飯を作っていまし
た。
最後の方は、立っていられないほどの脱力感と気持ち悪さで、食事を
取らずに19時前から朝までずっと寝ていました。
昨日は主人がお休みで家にいたので、子供たちを全てお任せして、
反応のままに身を任せてゆっくり休むことができました。
ヒーリングをしていただいたのもあると思いますが、ストレッチが
とにかく効きました。
その日も気持ちが良くて、緩んだのを感じていましたが、翌日の方
がその凄さを感じながら過ごしておりました。
日々のストレッチのおかげで、経絡や筋肉はある程度動きが良く、
通ってくれていたと思います。その中でのストレッチで、骨まで
ミシミシと動き、矯正されたように感じていたので、本当
に驚きました。
たすきとどんぐりがあれば、その人のやりたいようにいくらでも
身体を動かせるので、とても良いと思いました。
