エストニアで一番のTelia Companyを訪問しました。
エストニアの会社の雰囲気など見学させて頂きました。
社員は朝出社したら、空いてるところで、仕事をします。
個人の机はないそうです。
この会社はテレコミニュケーションで企業では一番大きな
ところです。(日本のドコモみたいなもの、映画、Wi、TVなどの仕事
しています。
ここで働いている人は知識があります。スウーデン、フィンランド
にはないものがあります。
ここではエストニア人は70%外部の人30%スウーデン人もここで働いています。
ここの公用語はエストニア語と英語になっています。
ITで働いているのは、優秀なエストニア人です。
新しいチームメンバーの中でもの作りします。
世界の中でエストニアはコミニュティー高いです。

「電子市民は何処からそいう発想が出てきたのか」
答え
「とてもいい質問ですね。世界中からエストニアに来るように。
Tliaで働いていた人が、新しい窓を開けたりします。新しいアイディアを
一緒に作りましょうということから始まりました」

「スカイプを作った若者達をどう思うか？
答え
「世界にエストニアのITを紹介してくれました。
エストニアのは小さい国で、人口が少ない、小さな民族の中で出来
ることが、うれしいことでした。
大きなマイクロソフトとか、そこまで私たちは行かないけれど、
エストニアの為だけでなく、世界のために作り広げていけたら嬉しいです。」
社員の健康管理について質問
ヨガやったり、Taichiやったりしています。Shindoもプライベートで
やってもらいます。
テリアの社員はスポーツクラブに入りたい時には、会社からお金出します。
子供が病気した時に会社おやすみしますが、給料には関係しません。
家で仕事出来ます。
会社には子供の遊び場もあります。いいですね‼️
倉富の感想
エストニアでShindoがひろがったのも、テリアオフィスの社員と同じような
民族性を感じました。
基本を崩さず、クリティブに発想する、その中で仲間が助け合う精神があって、
世界の為になる事を一緒に目指している事を感じました。
I visited Telia Company, the largest company in Estonia.
I looked around the atmosphere of the company in Estonia.
When company members come to work in the morning, they start working at unoccupied desks.
There are no personal desks.
Telia Company is the largest telecommunication company, like DoCoMo in Japan. They are working on movies, Wi-Fi, broadcasting, and so on.
Workers there have knowledge. There is no such company in Sweden or Finland.
70% of workers are Estonians and 30% are foreigners. There are some Swedes.
Official languages are Estonian and English.
Estonians at IT firms are brilliant.
They are making things with new team members.
Estonia has high communities in the World.

“From where you get the idea of e-Resident?”
Answer
“Very good question. We wish people to come to Estonia from all over the world.
People who worked at Telia opened new windows. We started together from making new ideas.”

“What do you think of young people who made Skype?”
Answer
“They introduced IT of Estonia.
Estonia is a small country and has a small population. But I’m glad that the small nation can do many things.
We don’t do big things like Microsoft, but we will be happy if we can make things and spread them not only for Estonia but also for the entire world.”
Question about the healthcare of company members
- We do Yoga, Tai Chi, and also Shindo in private time.
When people of Telia sign up to sports clubs, the company pays for it.
We take a day off when our children are sick, but no salary is reduced.
We can work at home.
Impressions of Kuratomi
I felt the same ethnicity as workers at Telia office that Shindo spread in Estonia.
This time, I felt strongly that they set out together to do good for the entire world with their spirits of keeping basics, having creative ideas, and helping each other.
IT is doing great in mainstream, and I’m proud of Shindo is supporting them.
