爪楊枝でステロイドの後遺症が改善しました。
60代の女性にインタビューしました。
2016年のお正月に倉富さんの爪楊枝ネールメソットを
はじめての体験いたしました。
2年ほど前から 右足首前上辺りに ステロイド依存症に
見られる皮膚が常にグジュグジュと瘡蓋を繰り返し
軽石を貼り付けたように固くなっているところが有りま
した。それは 15年ほど前に虫に刺された所が治り切らず
ステロイドを塗っては治り また痒くなり またステロイドを
使い…を繰り返し…結局少しずつ悪化していったところでした。

不思議な事に そこの乾燥が早まったのか…毎日少しずつ瘡蓋は
剥がれ落ち 剥がれ落ちた跡にグジュグジュも出てこなくなりました。
つまり瘡蓋の素のグジュグジュが無くなり治った状態
になったと言う事です。
先程書きましたが ステロイド依存症ですが気が付かない間に
そうなってました。
気が付かない間にそうなって行く…ということが正しいでしょ
うか！それは2年前全身に湿疹が出来た時に気が付きました。
60歳になった年で、とても忙しい2 ~3ヶ月を過ごしていた時
でした 。本を読むと 自律神経の乱れがそうさせたのだと思います。
全身に出た湿疹に ステロイドを使わない薬を処方して貰い付けたら
もっと酷くなり 否が応にもステロイドを付けなくては治らない様に
なっていました。コレがステロイド依存症です。
何とかステロイドで湿疹の痒みとかが取れたのですが…体はモヤモヤ
熱がこもった感じが抜けない状態で2～3週間経つたころ…知合いから
ステロイドを使わないでアトピーを治した人が居て…その人が行って
いた皮膚科を知り そこに行きました。
そこの先生は 治り切っていない私の湿疹を診て 大丈夫ですよ！ 先ず
お風呂に入らない…患部を乾かすのが目的良く運動する…血行を良くし
末端の皮膚にまで栄養が届くようにタンパク質を良く取る…皮膚など臓器
を作るのはタンパク質風通りの良い服装 絹 とか コットンを身につける
塗り薬など患部に何にも付けない！
と言われ 痒みを抑えながら少し眠たくなる薬を少しくれました！
それを守りながら3ヶ月ぐらいでほとんど良くなりました、しかし
先程話しました 足首前の長くステロイドを使っていたところが 中々
治らず…の状態が約２年間続きそんな時に倉富先生の爪楊枝ネール
メソッドに出会い 完治と言っても良い状態になったのです。
ステロイド依存症とはステロイド剤を使うと…治ったようで完治
しない！これを繰り返してる間に 体は段々効目の強いステロイド
を要求し 痒さと湿疹に悩まされる人生を過ごす事になる様です。
ここで注意しなくてはならないのは 安易に「脱ステロイド」と
言われます。
爪楊枝メソットをしてから3ヶ月の今皮膚の色は紫色で、グレーがかって
くろずんでいましたのが、今は少しずつ肌色になって来てますし 元の
皮膚のように柔らかくなって来ています。

触ってもいないのに 患部がジリジリ ムズムズ していた事！ そして 1～2週間
でほとんど良くなったこと！
これってどうゆうことでしょう！科学的とか人工的に作った薬に害こそあって

When having eczema on the whole body 2 years before, that noticed.
It was when I was spending very busy 2~~3 months in the year which became 60 years old.
