アナーバーは森のなかに町があり、四季も楽しめて、素敵なところです。気温は２５度と肌に気持ちよく、すぐ傍で紅葉も楽しめています。
昨夜はデトロイトからシィルーの仕事のお手伝いに泊まりがけで来た若者と一緒にミッドナイト縄文ストレッチのミニワークを２時間半やりました。

シィりーーはバイオリンニストなのでアルバイトに来る仲間たちは皆さんミュージシャンで、タイカンはクラッシック畑ではなくカッコ良い男で、楽しいです。
朝からギターの練習をしてギターを手放しません。
肉食をしているので、身体全体の筋肉が固くなっていて、やばい感じがしました。
肝、胆のストレッチは特に固くて辛抱できなく、ギブアップしていました。
それに比べてシィリーは楽勝、初めての時と比べると見違えるほどきれいなストレッチが出来るようになっていました。
若者に悔しがられるくらいにシィリィーは心身ともに成長していました。
ミューシャンの肩こり腰痛は職業病、シィリィーは山田家でマクロのクッキングと縄文心導ストレッチで後輩に貢献できています。
