隣にお蕎麦屋(？)さんがあってごはんが貰えるらしいです。栄養足りているらしい姿を見るのはいいですね。
いきなりですが、
本日生まれの方、Happy Birthday!

There is a Soba Restaurant(?) next to it. The cat's got some meal from the owner of it, he(she?) seems to be satisfied. And also, he seems to stay in good health, that's good.
Anyway, I'd like to say,
Happy Birthday! for everyone who was born today.

「親切」&「衝動」。そこにあるのが自然、な感じなので、落とし主も気付けないかも、と思いましたが、道の上のままにあってもそれはそれで良くはないかも知れない…踏まれたりなんだり。ここにあるのが自然な感じ。じ？ いえいえ、いつまでもいてはいけません。持ち主の元に、戻らなければ。

"Kind"&"Temptation". It would be natural the glove being there, the owner might be difficult to find it, but if the glove would have been on the road, it wouldn't have been good, such as stepped by... It can be natural. Natural? Oh no, the glove must return to the owner.
