この「スティッカー」が貼られたポールの上部に確か丸い道路標識があったような。写真撮ってくれば良かったです。
しかし本当の答えより、この、「何者」を優先しているのか？ と想像する方が楽しい…ですよね？例えば「学者」優先だったら、どう言うことになるのか？ 近くに学校や研究所があって忙しい彼らを優先させてやって下さい…。ほおほお。将来、その人たちがノーベル賞とか取ったりしたら、やっぱ「優先」も貢献したんじゃないか、なんて。そうか「優先」しておいて良かった良かった…。想像力があれば、安上がりに人生が楽しめます(？)。

The pole on this sticker has a round road sign at the top of it. I should have photographed it.
But I think that we wouldn't need a true answer sometimes, it might be fun if we guess what missing words are. If the missing words were academic? There would have been school or laboratory, many academics would belong to them and they would be busy. So, please priority to academic. Oh, I see. In the future, if they would prize a Nobel, I would think this priority helps them to be awarded. Nice "priority"! ... that's all my imaginations came from the sticker. If we had our imaginations, we could enjoy our lives without much money.
