Increase of pay rise to soldiers are not catching up with inflation rate in China, however one chinese activist won the Nobel Prise. This action shows that European opposition to chinese hierarchy. It could encourage poor soldiers/labours to take physo-political action. I doubt whether Nobel Committee want china to stay in a peace or they want it to have a civil war.
