日本の四季は神の恵みがあり、”旬”のものを食べるというのは、”気”
いをたべるとう意味でもあるのだそうです。
日本人はアニミズム（自然、霊的）を中心にして、成り立っています。
日本人のおもてなしは”ごちそうすること”神様に豊作をおいのりしたり、
自然の恵みを神を迎えて一緒に食べる。
和食には精神的な特色が織り込まれている。
今年のおせち料理は、今までで一番美味しい出来でした。
家族と一緒に元気で、頂けたことも幸せでした。
