『CHILDREN WHO WON'T DIE』 ”I like sky blue,” Nobuyuki Tsujii
The new version of “Children Who Won’t Die”, the Reversible Destiny Lofts MITAKA by Shusaku Arakawa and Madeline Gins.
Mr. Arakawa said “the Reversible Destiny Lofts MITAKA extract latent ability of bodies. People won’t die if they live here.”
There was an impressive scene of an interview with Haruo Saji, a space physicist.
After “People Addicted to Jomon,” the Jomon power was opened by Mr. Yamaoka. I gained more awareness than the previous version of “Children Who Won’t Die” DVDs. Productions become different depends on the sensibility of directors.
Mr. Saji said, “When I met Tsujii Nobuyuki, a blind pianist, he said he likes sky blue. How is the color of the sky which he has never seen? His fingers are his eyes.”
The scene of Mr. Saji seemed to take me closer to the answer of the mechanism of the meaning of Arakawa and Gins.
We can see the same thing about body works.
During healing, we feel inside of our bodies we have never seen and see and hear various sceneries.
We re-experience “Architectural Body” of Mr. Arakawa.
A master of modern art, Duchamp also appears.
"It's always the others who die" is his famous line and written on his tomb.
It’s definitely true.
I have the honor that I, Kazuko Kuratomi, appeared a bit in a scene with residents of Reversible Destiny Lofts MITAKA.
This DVD is my treasure.

荒川修作、ギンズの三鷹天命反転住宅「死なない子供達」新バージョンが
発売されました。
「三鷹天命反転住宅」について荒川さんは、「ここに住むと身体の潜在能力が
引き出され、人間は死ななくなる」と。
宇宙物理学者・佐治晴夫氏のインタビューで印象的なシーンがありました。
「縄文にハマる人々」後の山岡監督の縄文パワーが開かれたことで、進化版
になっていて、前の「死なない子供達」DVDよりも気付きがいっぱいありました。
監督の感性で作品が違って来るんですね。
佐治先生のお話
『前に盲目のピアニストの辻井伸行さんにお会いした時に”空色が好きだ”と
いわれました。
見たことがない空の色はどんなものだったのか？指が目になっているんです。』
この佐治先生のワンシーンで、私も荒川、ギンズの意味のメカニズムの解答を
少しだけ近づけたようで、身が引き締まる思いがしました。
ボディーワークも同じことが言えます。
ヒーリング中に見たこともない体の内部を感じながら、いろんな風景が見えて来
たり、聴こえたりして来ます。
荒川さんの「建築する身体」を再体現しているんですね。
現代美術の巨匠、ディユシャンも登場されています。
彼の有名な言葉に「死ぬのはいつも他人だ』墓標にも書かれています。
本当にそうですね。
光栄なことに天命反転住宅住人のシーンで倉富和子も少しだけ登場させて
いただきました。
このDVDは私の宝物になりました。
