Day 4
On Facebook, I was nominated by Dave Collymore for 10 days of favourite travel images.
According to the rule, I am supposed to choose an image from my travel photos that has had an impact on me, post without an explanation and nominate somebody to take the challenge everyday for 10 days.
But I would like to change the rule a little bit because I don't want to force anybody to take over, so my local rule is "10 travel photos, 0 nominations, 0 explanations, everyday for 10 days on Facebook".
I don't put any explanation on Facebook, but I explain the photo here on my blog instead.
The picture of Day 4 is:
This photo is from our honeymoon trip in 2003.
We stayed in Hong Kong for three days before we spent a week in Melbourne, Australia.
SARS epidemic happened just after our honeymoon trip, so the fellow passengers in the flight back from Hong Kong to Kansai were interviewed by a TV broadcaster.
After we came home, traveling to Hong Kong was banned, so we were lucky because we barely made it back home.
This photo reminds me of a Hong Kong movie titled Comrades, Almost A Love Story(1996), which featured Teresa Teng's songs.
After this visit in 2003, I only changed flights in Hong Kong Airport or just had a layover, but I have not had chances to really visit Hong Kong.
Maybe we would visit there for our next family trip...
