アイルランド： 春の陽気も束の間

Unusual Spring: Temperatures to hit 15c today – before wet and windy weather returns this week
普段とは異なる春：　今日の気温は１５℃になります。しかし、今週は雨と風の天候に戻りますが。


Spring has been definitely in the air in the past few days, but it looks like today will be the last day we will experience the current spell of mild weather.
（抜粋）ここ数日は確実に春の様相でした。しかし、今日が穏やかだった最後の日になるでしょう。

According to the national forecaster Met Eireann, temperatures could peak to an unusual high of 15 degrees later today with sunshine expected in most places.

However the forecaster say today will most likely be the last day of good weather as temperatures will fall to lows of between 4 to 6 degrees by tonight with rain and drizzle expected to grace Irish shores.

The wet weather will remain for the rest of the week as heavy rainfall and windy conditions will move across the country from Tuesday onwards.

（抜粋）気象庁（注：　アイルランドの）によると、今日の遅くには異常なほどの１５℃に上昇する見込みで、ほとんどの地域で日差しが期待できます。　しかし予報官によると、好天は今日が最後になると思われ、今夜には４～６℃ぐらいまで下がる見込みで、雨と霧雨がアイルランドの沿岸部にやってくるのです。　そして今週の残りは、湿った天候となる見込みで、激しい風雨が火曜日以降は国土を覆うことでしょう。

アイルランド固有の気候かも知れませんね。　以前読んだ”アンジェラの灰”を少し思い起こしました。　それにしても、生まれ育ったそれぞれの土地で、工夫や努力をしながらも生き続けたいものです。
