２０１９年３月６日（Wed.） 今日は畑（小菜園）にジャガイモを植えて来ました。順調に行けば、収穫は９０日後ぐらいを想定しています。 一方、種蒔きが遅れてしまったソラマメやオニオンは、最近の気温上昇と降雨のおかげで発芽が確認出来ました。 例年の栽培期間とズレていますので、無事に収穫にたどり着けるかどうかは定かではありませんが・・・。
栽培品目も収量も超少ないのですが、有機肥料だけで、化学肥料や農薬は一切使用していませんし、無論、グリホサートが含まれるラウンドアップなどの除草剤も使っていません。なので、安心・安全なものが収穫出来るのです。
