I can't find the ward of this good both in French dictionaries and English dictionaries. The owner, one of the construction worker, says that we call it Bakanaga (Ba-ka-na-ga). It means Foolishly Long.
It must be a very popular goods. Fishers and worker in the fish market wear it commonly.
I search the inter-net with words; vetements, pêche. I look pictures and find it .
