The Tokaido Shinkansen　rail road is run by the JR-Tokai company. Nobody call the company “Central”Japan railway Company. Tokai(= eastern sea) means the old name of the district between Kyoto and Tokyo. But the company calls themselves The “Central” Japan Railway Company. Lololol.
