This is not a curry and rice. This is tomato soupe used dry sardine powder.
I add very a few curry powder　because this must be one bowl of curry in the morning. The taste is excellent.

As to Wiener coffee, Gion is the best among coffee shops in Asagaya. I like sitting at the counter to sip the coffee slowly and leisurely.

I got up late to manage to get to the site on time. I couldn't have a breakfast. So I have a dish of curry at Tokyo station in the evening.

(I don't know that having a dish of curry and rice in the evening is effective for reducing my weight.)

The second morning's curry and rice is the dish of egg plant. I add garam masala more than yesterday. The tast become better.

as to lunch and dinner, I will have volume and calories of foods as usual.
Without any exercises, I'll gain weight without fail. But I have now no plan to exercise. I never give up cakes, of course.

This cake, zuccotto (Italian cake) is so soft as not to be taken out to home.
If I dare take it to home, I should be able to take a picture of broken cake.
The taste is so sweet and so good!
