Sometimes, during the weeks when I keep having heavy meals, I can't stop wanting a bowl of Sanuki noodle. Sanuki noodle is the famous noodle of the Shikoku island. I've never lived in the Sanuki district, but I always reserve the frozen noodles in my refrigerator.

A new coffee shop has opened. They are proud of using only coffee beans of Hawaii. The owner is a Japanese-American Hawaiian. The customers opinions are divided between the negative and the positive. I don't like the straight coffee of this shop, but I love the moca type coffee. It's so sweet and nice.
