黒ラーメン Lahmen noir

The name of "black lahmen" catches my curiosity. The taste is good but not very good.

ドボストルテ Dobos

They call it only "Dobos". This is not a standard Dobostorte. The standard one is layers of Dobos masse and cream butter. This one is only one layer of dobos masse. I love the standard Dobostorte but this variation is new my favorite thing.

笹竹使用後 le bambou use

At the gardener's shop, the used bamboo lies. The leaves starts to die.
Tomorrow they will cut its branches and leaves down to reuse it as bamboo poles for gardening.
