I have been able to do without smoking for twelve
years and three hundred and forty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the fifth
successive day and more than 9-time push-ups for the
eightieth straight day.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya and I
can enjoy plenty of sunlight.
It is no wonder because there are perfectly no clouds
in the blue skies.
However, it is very cold and Nagoya saw the coldest
morning in this early winter season with 4.8 degrees.
I should have got mentally prepared for this chill.
