I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for twelve years and three hundred and forty-two
days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the
eighty-first consecutive day including the latest
six days of 26-time push-ups.

It is overcast and I feel that it is a little dark
and cold in Nagoya.
It looks like it is going to start raining soon
although weather ladies said last night that Nagoya
would not see any rainfall today.
I received a pneumococcal vaccine (肺炎球菌ワクチン)
on Monday and yesterday I felt better than usual, but
I have to be careful not to catch a cold especially
for the next few days.....maybe.
