I have been able to do without smoking for twelve
years and three hundred and fifty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the
eighteenth successive day and at least 10-time
push-ups for the ninety-third straight day.

It is perfectly sunny in Nagoya with no clouds in the
blue sky and it must be a typically winter clear sky.
However, it is not surprising, but it was very cold
this morning with the lowest temperature of 5.9 degrees,
one degree down from yesterday.
I slept with the air conditioner on and I have found
that it allows me to have a good sleep.
