Political and economic exchanges can be compared to "ships".
Ties of common people can be compared to "seas".
Even if a ship has been wrecked, comings and goings will continue
if there are seas there.
Cultural and educational exchanges by common people are not
supporting actors of politics and economy,
but protagonists to turn the wheels of society and create a new history.
An agricultural scientist and educator, Dr. Inazo Nitobe, says,
"What is the way to break through crises?
I do not hesitate to assert that the only way is education."
I think that, just like this, anti-certain-country education will aggravate crises.
