I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years
and three hundred and thirty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for
the seventy-seventh consecutive day including the
most recent two days of 26-time push-ups.

It is sunny in Nagoya but actually I feel that it is
pretty chilly.
It is no wonder because the temperatue was about 13
degrees while I was riding my bike on my way to the
workplace, on top of that, with the north wind.
Even so, the chill of this year's late autumn must be
mild because I have not started using an electric foot
warmer and an underdrawer.
