I visit to taste the cooking.
The first one is the grilled pork with miso sauce.
It is very delicious.
My mother cooked often the tenpura of pork. She had an idea to make me have more vegitables with meat. So she often made Tenpura dinner.
This dish is very refined. They recomend me to have it with green tea salt.
It is good, but I prefer my mother's tenpura to this refined one.
Stewed pork organ meat with miso sauce is not so popular dish in the eastern area of Japan. It has come from the western area, Osaka or Kitakyushu. The origin is of Korean cuisine.
