This salmon was fished in the offshore of the Hokkaido and dried with cold wind of Hokkaido. And the chef succeeds to grill it deliciously.

クリスマスツリー Sapin de noel

I prefer this tree of the Gold Street of Asagaya to the gorgeous Marunouchi tree. This one remids me the Christmas tree in the days of Sendai which I saw at the first time im my life. And this old memory of the tree sends me back the view of child who watched the big bright starred tree with grabing the big army far coat of US army of my big and tall father and the green light of number plates of the US army vehicles passing by us. The day my parents presented me a set of colourful blocks.
