I watch it. It seems flowers of paulownia (桐).
I walk there to know what it is.
Yes, it is a big paulowina tree with full flowers.

The dog is not loved with other dogs.
He always barks at view or smell of dogs.
I watch him pulling his rope at the end for another dog to make him stand up and finally fall down on his back.
