一つ前のブログネタに書いた、ミニシクラメンのいる同じ道に立つ電信柱の、なんて言ったらいいんでしょうか？ 電信柱に付随している箱型のものの中に、ケーブル等を差し込むような穴が開いていて、その中にどうも、自分タチの巣を作っているらしきカップルの雀を発見しました。
写真をよーく見ていただくと、翼を広げてバランスを取りながらその穴に入ろうとしている雀とその下の電線に、枯れ草らしきものをくわえて止まっているもう一羽の雀が見えると思います。
近年、日本の住宅デザインの変化に伴い、今まで日本家屋の隙間を利用して巣を作っていた雀タチが、巣を作りづらくなっているそうです。一回に産まれるヒナの数も減っているとか。前に何かのテレビ番組で観た時には、信号機のチョットした隙間に巣を作っていました。
しかし、それならそれでと知恵を働かせ、変化していく環境にたくましく対応しようとしている姿をこの度思わず発見し、おおっ！ となり、そしてホッとしました。仕事に行く前の朝のお楽しみ。無事に巣立ちが出来ますよーに。

There is the telegraph pole which is on the same road with the cyclamen as I wrote yesterday. It has a square box on the top of the pole, which has some holes which might be used for cables put in.
One day, one of holes, I found the pair of sparrow that came in and out with dried grasses holding their beak.
Before, our Japanese houses are easy to them to built their nestles but recently, our houses's designs have been changed so now it is bad to sparrow. And also they reduce a number of their babies once.
However, sparrow, use their brains and get some ideas from --- something, one is to use the narrow space of traffic light.
So, I was surprised about it then I'm happy with it. I will keep seeing their caring children and I hope they will be succeeded their fledging.
