天気と休日と植付け時期

台風１５号の接近に伴って、南海上の前線活動が活発になり、
一昨日来、雨が降り続いています。

雨が降り続くと、アスパラ圃場は湿田状態となります。
そしていつまで経っても、土が乾かず畝上げが出来ません。

サラリーマンをしつつ、農業を行うことは、作物の生育状態に、
天候と休日を旨く同調させなければならない難しさがあります。

アスパラ圃場は、先日投入した60t堆肥/8畝により、
土がフカフカとなった反面、水持ちが良すぎ、乾燥し難くなりました。

雨が上がり、再度トラクターで耕し、畝立てまで、１週間遅れます。
アスパラ苗はすごく伸びて、定植時期が大幅遅れとなっています。

NPO法人設立総会

一昨日、近所の宴会場の一室を借りて、
NPO法人設立総会を、無事終えることが出来ました。

設立趣旨書と定款を説明し、
名称「土佐スローライフの会」についてのご賛同も頂き、
これで纏めて、書類提出の運びとなります。

書類が受理されると、県庁、県民生活・男女共同参画課 にて
２ヶ月縦覧された後、２ヶ月の審査を経て、認可となります。

認可されると、いよいよNPOの正式発足となり、
事業計画に沿った支援活動やボランティア活動が出来ます。

それが私達の今後のライフワークになればと、思っています。

農場サーキット

昨日午後、知人の圃場へ行き、トラクター運転を教わってきました。
それは私達にとって、比する事なき、価値あるスーパーマシンです。
どんなに人間が頑張っても、数日間要する耕作作業を、
ものの１時間余りでやっつけてくれる、頼もしいヤツです。

派遣講習

昨日は隣県M市へ出向き、派遣元責任者講習を受講してきました。

会場に着くと、人材派遣に携わる業界人が意外と多いのにも驚き、
また過去の諸問題から、業界を取り巻く規制の厳しさも知りました。

講習は、外郭団体主催の缶詰ご講義、午後の睡魔と戦いつつ、
「派遣元責任者講習受講証明書」を無事頂戴し、終了しました。

道中は、高速道全線２車線化したこともあり、快適な２時間でした。

スローペース

一昨日昨日と勤めが終わった夕方、圃場周囲に水切り溝を作りました。
馴れない鍬での手作業は、力の入れ加減も判らず、悪戦苦闘でした。

近所の農家の方も、堆肥搬入後、進捗が遅れているのを心配して、
ときどき様子を見に来てくれ、いろいろアドバイスをして頂くのですが、
なにせ当方、初心者故のもどかしさ、試行錯誤して、牛歩の如きです。

日出づる国

この国に求められているものは、政策を論じられる真の政治家より、
マスコミや大衆に迎合する、ブランド志向の政治家なのでしょうか。

テレビで名を売ったり、世襲の柔らかムードの方ばかりが前に出て、
剛毅木訥として、職人気質な政治家の先生が見え辛くなりました。

本当に誰が総理になっても、紋切り、同程度の政策ばかり打立て、
敷かれたレール上に収まった官僚と相まって、サラリーマン大臣、
傀儡要素の強い総理大臣に、日和見内閣、与党予備軍的な野党、
日本は本当にこのままで、救われるのでしょうか。

人身の心を掴み、国を牽引できる領袖、団塊となって邁進する与党、
本当に喧嘩が出来る熱き野党集団、清貧に甘んじ国を憂うる官僚、
ただ日出ずる国に相応しい政治家を求む前に、国民の質向上も．．．

昨日、未だ仕上がらぬ我らがアスパラ圃場へ、知人であり師匠のＹ氏に、
わざわざお越し頂き、畝作り土寄せのレクチャーを受けました。

土の均し方、周囲の溝上げ、土の適正含水量、鍬の使い方、
上手な畝立て方法など、いろいろ指導して頂きました。

その知人宅までの帰路、話題は学校教育や政治の事について、
車内で、３人が互いの考えや思いを語らいました。

テーマは、モンスターペアレントと弱腰教育委員会と逃げ場なき子供達、
そして強大な力を持って言いたい放題なマスコミと脆い内閣総理大臣。

科学が飛躍的に発達し、次々と闇を解き明かした現代社会にあって、
社会資本整備を整えた人類の支配層が、次に目指したものは、
安定した社会秩序を保ち、相互理解を深めることを理想概念に掲げ、
枠に嵌めたような管理社会を構築し、支配と操作の容易い社会でした。

結果、社会秩序が整えられ、整然とした管理社会が出来た反面、
そこには表面上だけ上質に取り繕われ、しかし何処か歪でスキのない、
情が欠如した、息苦しい社会が生み出されることとなりました。

人同士いじましい揚げ足取りや不当要求を繰返し、仲間を内部告発し、
親兄弟を平気で裏切り捨去る、虚しい見掛けの美しい社会にあっては、
その裡に作り出された、暗澹として行き場のない不安が拡大しています。

この不安要素を抱いたまま進み行く社会が、その行き着く先の未来に、
果たして世界は日本はどうなっているのでしょう。
こんな事なら、人が自然を畏怖し敬い、魑魅魍魎に心脅かされていた、
情緒観念的で、そして信条優先的な考え方や思想にこそ、
その答えが見付かりあるのではと、想う私があります。

秋分

今日は天高き秋晴れ、そして肥える季節でもあります。

昨朝バイク通勤の折りには、少し肌寒くもありましたが、
退社時は陽射しが強く、途中からバイクの電池切れで、
１kmを押して帰宅したことで、すっり汗だくとなりました。

ただ諸処では、秋を感じ、秋を知ること暫しであります。
吹き抜ける風は涼しく、社窓を開け放つと空調いらずで、
この時期、四季の中でも、一番快適に思えるころです。

路傍に曼珠沙華が朱く、彼岸に彩りを添えて在りました。

朝の雨

朝、突然の雨が降り始め、一時して止みました。

一昨日は友人から、急遽呑み会の連絡が入り、
ふらり歓楽街へ出て、彼方此方へはしごして、
結局帰宅したのは、午前４時を回っていました。

久しぶりに同級生３人が集まれば、話は尽きず、
騒ぐだけ騒いで、つまり朝帰りとあいなりました。

でも昨朝は、習慣からか年齢によるものなのか、
重い頭を抱えつつ、８時過ぎに目覚めてました。
朝食を摂り、前から気になり、また計画していた、
庭木の剪定と片付けを、何とかやっつけました。

その後、夕方には彼岸の墓参りと掃除を済ませ、
夕食後、いつの間にか布団の人となっていました。

雨が止むと、秋の虫たちがまた、鳴き始めました。
